I purchased for exercise outdoors. The mat is nice size, i'm 6'2" and is is long enough for most of stay I want to do. It is very think so providers good cushioning for core work on hard surface. It is a little too think for yoga exercises though as hard to do some of the balance positions. Material appears to be durable, but as foam it could snag on sharp edges and tear.Good carry strap that keeps mat rolled when not in use.Overall very happy with purchase - arrived quickly and in good condition.

I am 6'1" and 13 stone - so finally a bloke-sized mat that is also thick enough and doesn't stretch out of shape when you do full stretch exercising. Worth every penny. It also comes in extra long 220cms (I got 200cms), but I get enough complaints at pilates class about stealing real estate as it is!

This is a great mat. It is very thick and also wide, which makes it very comfortable.But this also makes it very bilky and cumbersome, so not suitable for taking from place to place.

One of the best yoga mats i have ever used. Sturdy, non slip, wide and long enough, perfect thickness.Have been using for some time now and would highly recommend!
