Good quality. I followed this named product as per Pilates coaching rather than look at cheaper options on market. I use it for neck strengthening particularly so tensioning and comfort was important for me. So many other exercises you can do with it. Great for putting over knees to keep legs still for sit ups. Quick despatch and well packaged.

Bought this to use at home Pilates practice after previously using studio machines...Haven’t tried it yet but it appears to be as described and it arrived in time - I have no doubt it will fit the bill perfectly.

This item is great. I spent a while choosing a ring because I wanted to make sure it was going to be firm enough to help with toning exercises. The exercise poster has lots of great ideas.
