Using this to massage tight tendons after full knee replacement surgery. Does get in there and have some effect not only on tendons but by providing a real arm work out too! Seems pretty robust and is standing up to real pressure...the soft foam covers on handles perhaps only slightly suspect for early fail...time will tell.
