Ordered Sunday night, received Tuesday morning. Well packaged. Electric plug and a plug for your car!This is AMAZING! I'm difficult to please with massage gadgets, have spent a fortune on some and totally dissatisfied, until now.It's comfortable, you can adjust the pressure depending on the amount of body weight you put on it. I like a strong massage, and this doesn't dissapoint.I have a trapped nerve in the neck and some arthritis, which cause the kind of pain that makes you feel sick, I'm no wimp, but I could cry from the pain which radiates into the muscles around the neck and shoulder blade making me a real grouch,This pillow gets right into the muscles and really relieves the pain.

Absolutely love this device!I was diagnosed with torticollis, in short twisted neck muscles. This actually helped me so much, I was having regular treatments from a chiro: at least 2 x per week for three weeks. I felt like that made me slightly better, but towards the last week I purchased this as a one off to take to university. After using it the first few days, I have to admit it has given me an immense amount of relief from my problem: sometimes more than the chiro did! Very happy and I love that it is compact, so it will be easy to take on travels and to use whilst I am away at university. Bonus point: the heat mode is so soothing. I use the massager at least once daily on my neck,

What did I do without this?! I use this either lying down or sitting up, depending on where I need it to work. Both ways are amazing! This is sturdy, tough, and really helps with shoulders, as I work hunched over a nail desk all day. I cannot praise this enough, have recommended to others who have since purchased and are just as pleased. If it's not getting the spot you want, try a different position, lying/sitting/on one side. Works wonders on 'lady' back pains too!(especially with the heat on) Rotation changes direction after 1 minute, and the heat can be on or off. I recommend wearing at least a thin top, as the mesh can chafe a little otherwise. I wish I'd have found this sooner,

Was introduced to one of these by a friend from work who uses one in the office. It really is an amazing massager, particularly for neck and mid-to-lower back. It has a stretchable Velcro strap to hold it onto the backrest (or headrest/head restraint) of a chair/seat so it's easy to place it where you need it and a simple push button switch to activate it. It changes direction every minute or so (which has a completely different feel when it does so) and then automatically switches off after around 20 minutes. The heat generating lights work... or at least they feel like they do... it could be more from the friction of the massaging heads, I never use it without them on... but in any case,

am so in love with this....I had been suffering from neck and shoulder problems for a few months and nothing I had tried worked. I was sceptical about this working but read the reviews and decided to give it a go. The first time I used it I was in agony that night as it had unknotted muscles I didn't know I had ! Even as it started working the ooh's and ouches were pretty embarrassing. After the initial use however and the dreadful night...things were so much better...the tension headaches have mostly gone, my neck pain and shoulder pain have disappeared ( although it does come back if I don't use this regularly). The heating function is fantastic.

I am very pleased with this Massager. I get very bad back spasms andmuscle knots and wanted to see if the pillow helped with these problems.I applied it to my back by leaning against it on sofa and moving it toeach spot that was troubling me. It was a very pleasant feeling andI felt the muscles relaxing. I also used it on my neck knots and theytoo lessened. The massager does feel as if it is someone actuallyusing their hands on you and the balls rotate one way and then stopand rotate the other way, which I found really good.You can change the setting from warm to cold whichever you feelis more to your liking. Good quality, Great Value, Super Delivery.I ordered in the night and received it in the morning by Amazon prime service delivery in a well packed.After reading reviews and I thought I would like to try it and I’m Very Impressed. The function heat compact is great easy to use,power motor. I used on my back it’s really help me from the bad back painful and I used the machine on anywhere of my body parts that I been suffering from pain.I told my husband to try it because he suffers from cramps on his legs and he’s loves it and I’m going to ordering another one for sister and she’ll loves it!I recommend to anyone who suffers from the body pain.Worth the money to try. Amazingly effective and brilliant value for money.After 8 years of continuous back pain (treated with Physiotherapy and Osteopathy) a few hours of using this made an unequalled improvement in my stiff back muscles.BUT. BUT. BUTUsing it with the heat on ( for a long, long time) straight out of the box has burned a large strip of skin on my back - it just felt pleasantly warm to me.Now I turn off the heat after one cycle of about 15 minutes or just put it aside to cool off and advise you to do the same.The massage is quite vigorous - too much for some reviewers but I love it.Weight is about 1.3 kg or just under 3 lbs.If in doubt then try it but be careful.Highly recommended!

This neck pillow massager feels great. There is an option of inferred too, which can be switched off. The pillow is simply placed where you want it, on the neck or further down on the shoulders. It feels lick a real deep tissue massage. So convenient and you can just sit watch tv or read and let the massager do the work.I suffer with neck and shoulder pain and at first it was a little rough I thought. But now I’m used to it and use it more regularly it just feels great. It just seems to relax the muscles and kill the pain. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has issues with neck pain or just simply needs a relaxing massage. It operates so quietly too.

This massager packs a powerful punch!It can feel a little unwieldy at first as you get used to placing it in the desired location. But after the first use I got used to positioning it- I tend to use it on my lower back and move it into different positions.The heat function is ok but I use it mostly with it turned off. I like the 20 minute cut off feature and how it regularly changes the direction of the massage.The massager is strong- you can lean back on it and it gives an extremely firm massage.I’ve used it all over my back and neck and even the back of my calves. I use it weekly after too much sitting at my desk.Would definitely recommend.

Like 90% of the population l suffer from backache and as l get older it is getting harder to recover after any strenuous activity. So after a hard days work this is an absolute godsend!I have found the best place for me to use this is on the sofa, laying back onto the massager and by changing how much weight you put on it, it gives you anything from a gentle soothing massage up to a very intense sports massage... very versatile and very relaxing, just like a massage should be.It is working too, my backache has reduced after only a few days use and l feel great. l can totally recommend this to anyone who has back, shoulder, neck or leg aches.

I tense up my shoulders and neck from stress to the point where it's normal for me! This has tickled and pummeled the s#*t out of my neck and shoulders and now I can't tense them up - it's wonderful. Positioning it is tricky, I lie on it on my back with it centered on my neck and shoulders for a good dententioning knead or, for a gentler massage, I pull the straps around to the front and do them up like the strings on a cowboy hat and lie on my front, then the unit shortly rubs the neck and shoulders without the pressure. Heat takes a while to kick in and is nice.

I suffer from migraines and one of the symptoms /causes is tight muscles in my back and neck. I honestly didn't expect much, but desperate for some relief I decided to take a chance on this and I'm so glad I did. I feel (almost) like a new person after using it three times. It by far has exceeded my expectations. I can't comment yet on durability, but it does seem to be well made and easy to position. I tend to lean into it while sitting on the sofa and found that the pressure is adequate for a decent massage. Thus far I'm very happy with this purchase.

I have suffered for many years with stiff upper back and neck and it causes me no end of discomfort. My husband bought me this as one of my christmas presents and I left it in the box for a little while. I got it out recently and put it on with the heat setting. OMG it is absolutely fantastic. I moved it from my neck to a slightly lower position where the muscele tension originates and it helped a lot. The permanent hard muscle has gone and I feel so much better. Fab and one of the best presents I have had!! Definitely recommend it.

Nice little massager, very strong and durable rotation, bought for my mother, I end using it myself-:) It gives a nice and basic massage which helps to relieve stress. Really good for those aches and pains when you can get it positioned where you want it. This massager is a great size which is easy for storing and for placing on a chair or sofa. Favourite item of all the family to ease their aches and pains. I also put it on the floor in front of me and put my feet on to have a foot massage, works brilliant. Thank you.
