This has helped a lot with my lower back pain. Has reduced pain and improved my flexibilty. Awkward to use on lower back, I found it best to lie on my side. Follow the instruction, dont overdo it or you can bruise muscles. Best to wear thin cotton clothing and use device over it. Excellent device, well made, fast delivery, best price around. Very pleased
