This massage gun has created a bit of an argument at home: whether my wife or I get to use it. The other one needs to help as it is rather obvious that one can’t reach certain places, such as massaging the back, so it’s pretty much a team sport. My initial impression was the massage gun is pretty heavy. The weight was unexpected on the first touch and use. It is understandable, as it needs to house the motor and battery to power the device. It is very solidly built, albeit I wouldn’t drop it to see whether it would survive the impact. The manual certainly warns against this. The five attachments work wonderfully. My favourite is by far the air cushion head as it is a fairly low impact attachment. It is a sight for sore muscles. The solid attachments work well when used as described. However, I have found them rather unpleasant when hitting something like a bone. It is best to stick around the designated areas. Weirdly enough, the vibrations are better felt when operating on the level 1 setting rather than cranking up the power up to level 4. This is rather counter-intuitive.The motor is powerful. The manual specifically warns against a few ways this device must not be used. The head is one of those areas and I believe it would certainly lead to a headache rather than relaxation considering the strong vibrations. One of the consequences of the powerful vibrations is that the person holding the massage gun may find themselves getting pretty tired after a while, despite the beneficiary complaining that they want more. It is definitely a build-up process as initially, I could not hold it for more than a minute, a minute and a half before my arm would be tired from the vibrations. The handle is not to blame as it has a silicone cover which is very nice to the touch and it provides a good grip. This is strictly down to the massage gun operating.Rumours (read: manual) say not to use this before sleep as it has a stimulating effect. While I have found that to be true, on the stimulation side, my wife slept like a log. I did not have any issues either. I’m guessing the endorphins release pretty much negated any stimulation. The massage gun is charged via a USB C port at the bottom of the handle. There’s a charging cable included, but no charger. This shouldn’t be an issue for most as I believe everybody and their dog has a USB charger these days. It should take around 3 hours to charge, but that depends on the power source. The bonus of USB C is that I could easily pack it in the bag and use my phone charger and cable. One of the brilliant touches is the included carrying case. I always hate when accessories are getting misplaced, so this case makes sure that everything can be kept tidy and in one place.

Great Massage gun that improves the recovery muscles after a high intensity training interval. The construction quality of this kit is really good. I will divide my review in three sections:Unboxing and first impressionThe first look its always important when purchasing a product. I was really please with the case that comes with it. I can take the massage gun anywhere and it will be well protected with all the accessories. When I picked up the gun, it has a solid built. Really well designed and it has a nice material in the handle that makes it nice to hold while using it. It has an USB C cable to charge the massage gun.The battery last quite a lot despite using the massage gun heavily and you can see the battery level in the back of the handle. It feels sturdy and weight over 700 grams. So, it is not light but it is not heavy so that it can be handle comfortably. The accessories are useful. In my case have more than I need. But I like that if I buy a product that has different options. I may need another accessory later on.Quality while using the massage gunTo switch it on, you need to keep it pressed for 2 or 3 seconds and it will go to the first strength level. And it is very easy to speed it up by using a short press of the power button. I have used mainly the hammer head and the ball head accessory for my calves after doing exercise. You can actually feel how good it does to the muscles and promotes recovery of muscle fatigue! The U shape accessory was good for my neck but in my case, was more useful using the hammer head around the shoulder and getting closer to the neck. And after a whole day standing up, my lower back really feels much better after using the ball head. You can feel that it is powerful, because even in the low speed mode, the massage gun has a firm pressure when using it. I suppose that depends on your preferences, but I didn’t have to put much pressure to feel the benefits of a low speed mode.In conclusion:Pros- Fantastic battery life.- Really nice material in the handle.- Plenty of accessories that use quality materials.- Nice carry bag to take it anywhere. Even to the gym, so that you can use it after.Cons- If you want to reach your back or the back of the shoulder, it’s a bit more complicated. In my case, I am not that flexible so I ask my wife to help. If that’s an issue, you may prefer the Renpho with adjustable arm.Not the first time that I purchase a Renpho product. It is a top-quality brand with really well-built materials. It will not be the last.Very happy with the purchase and this massage gun. I would definitely recommend it.

I wanted to try a massage gun for my stick and sore neck and traps area. After lots of research, I still wasn't sure which massage gun to get so I bought this one (the Renpho R3 Mini) and a bigger slightly cheaper Renpho massage gun (ASIN B08BJ1D76H) to compare.I sent the bigger gun back as the R3 Mini is much better in many ways.Although both guns seem to have a similar motor and power level, this one (the R3 Mini) is much better. It's a lot smaller so is so much easier to hold and maneuver.I can easily get it on my neck and traps with one hand, without getting too tired. The vibrations don't seem to negatively affect my hand. The R3 Mini charges over USB C so you can just plug it into your phone charger. With the bigger Renpho gun I also bought, you have to use a separate charger.Although the bigger Renpho gun comes with an extra attachment - the scraper tool -- I only ever use the round ball attachment as it's good for general purpose. The case is really nice too, making it easy to tidy everything away.Although as the R3 Mini is very small, I leave it out on my desk and use it on traps and neck throughout the day while on the computer.Battery life seems pretty good; however, I just plug it in during the day to charge as it uses the same plug as my phone. It's pretty quiet on the low settings but can be quite loud on the highest setting. It's much quieter than I expected.I would be interested in trying the even smaller Renpho Mini Portable (ASIN B08C298RYR) to see what that's like. Also, I've never tried a high-end gun like the Theragun or HyperVolt so I'm not sure how the Renpho guns compare. While I like the product, I'm not sure how effective it is. It does feel nice to use, but I'm not sure it actually does anything? So yes, it's a good product, but I'm not sure how helpful they are, apart from feeling nice.

I was asked to review the Renpho Massage Gun by Renpho, but in no way, is this review biased. I am really really impressed with the quality of the unit itself, it comes in a lovely sturdy fabric case which is 10.5" by 8", small enough to travel with. Inside the case, each of the heads has its own little pocket to sit in, and the manual and charging lead are on the other side of the case under some netting. As well as the Renpho Mini Massage Gun, you get 5 massager heads, a type C charging cable, user manual, warranty card and 2 rubber sleeves. I wondered what were the rubber sleeves for, but then realised that they are spare pieces in case you lose one from one of the 5 heads, see picture, the red arrows show where the sleeves sit. So to the use, there are 5 different levels, 1 is quite gentle, but 5 is seriously pummelling you - as good as any masseur would do. I went for a 6 mile run today and my quads were aching a bit, 10 minutes using the gun and no more aches. However, what I am really impressed with is the Air Cushion head. I suffer from arthritis, and I should massage my fingers daily to keep them supple, but it just takes so long to do that, so I thought well here goes. I put the air cushion head on the gun as this head is for sensitive areas, and massaged my finger joints - wow! Even after a few minutes I could feel that I've got more mobility in my fingers, and I can see if I do a regular daily massage, it will help tremendously with my arthritis. So all in all, I am extremely impressed, this massage gun is definitely worth getting and I'll be encouraging my running friends that they should get one as well - definitely stop any injuries and will save a fortune not having to keep going to a masseur.

I've seen a few massage guns on the market recently but couldn't really justify the money. For background - I've never actually enjoyed massages - even a gentle one seems to hurt me. I have chronic back pain, but (stupidly) I train for deadlifts and I'm very active in the gym. After some research, I purchased the Renpho Massage gun around 3 weeks ago with no expectations. I didn't know whether these massage guns were worth it or not and whether it could help me, but I'm glad to say I'm blown away with how good this device is.The device itself feels solid, but not too heavy where it could be uncomfortable for long use. It comes along with 5 attachments and a USB charger, all in a hard carry case which makes it brilliant to carry it around. I actually spent a few nights away last week and took it with me, it's become a part of my recovery routine for the gym and a pain relief method for my long term pain issues that I don't think I could travel without anymore.I've found the lowest setting to be a really deep massage massage that I use slower and on the more 'fleshy' areas, and I use the faster settings around areas closer to the spine. I don't even know how long the battery lasts because I've only had to charge it once or twice in 3 weeks - it's brilliant.I would not hesitate to recommend this product. I've already let 2 or 3 people use it and they love it too and are after buying one. It's well worth a try for anyone who is after something to help with soreness and pain relief - It's the best thing I've purchased all year!

I have been exercising for the past few years, running 10ks and also weight training. I have always suffered from leg pains after running, no matter how much or little I train. I was introduced to these massaging machines a while ago and as a result, bought this item. Now obviously, not everyone will have the same result as me, but I am glad I purchased it. After my runs and weight sessions, I spend a good while massaging the areas used during the workout. I repeat this the next morning. It has made a huge difference. The pain/soreness is greatly reduced and sometimes not even there. When I turned the unit on, I thought it was a powerful vibration. Then I realised it was only on level 1 and 5 is the highest. The video doesn't really show the vibration due to the shutter speed of the camera. It certainly has some power behind it! It is also very quiet as well. The battery life is extremely good as well. I've been using it for a while and hardly made a dent on battery. This is great to relax sore muscles and also to give someone a body rub down.It is charged with a USB C which is the same as my phone. This also means it can plug into car charges and power banks. One less cable to carry! But talking about carrying, it comes in a very professional and well built carry case. This stores the unit, all of the attachments and also a part for cables and instructions. This device might seem expensive to some, but the relief if gives to your sore muscles is priceless. I definitely recommend this if you have aches after a workout.

I've been looking around for a product such as this Renpho mini massage gun to help relieve frequent painful muscle spasms in my back, neck and shoulders caused by having hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.I have found that this Renpho gun is really well designed and built to last:It has a strong little case where everything fits neatly away making it very portable. The gun is not too big or heavy which is helpful for those who may have mobility problems. It is easily and quickly charged with the included charging cable. It does not have an old fashioned plug but personally, I've found this unnecessary as it can be plugged directly into a usb socket. For a small massage gun,it is really powerful with different settings so is very effective at getting at muscular trigger points that can go into tight spasm. It works by putting pressure on these areas as if having a shiatsu massage and the muscles can then relax, relieving pain. I recommend you go easy at first, especially if you've never had a shiatsu or sports type massage! You can build up on the strength gradually.I found the ball and the two pronged attachments particularly useful for the upper back. It is best to try all attachments as some muscle groups are larger so best to try and see what suits. It is easy to change the heads..just push on and off.Ultimately, this will save me a lot of pain as I can treat muscular spasms as soon as they occur.Overall, I would highly recommend this Renpho massage gun. Hope that's been helpful ?

I am a regular gym user and have recently got into running during lockdown. I have always suffered from really bad and painful muscle soreness and tightness after exercise, the kind that my partner could never get the right pressure when massaging my aching muscles in order to aid any form of relief. And so my hunt began for a massage gun. It needed to be small enough that I could take with me as I do a lot of travelling, but powerful with a long battery life. I came across this massage gun by Renpho. I already own their scales which I love and so this is a brand that I completely trust from previous experience. This massage gun does not disappoint. It comes in a really smart carry case with 5 different massage attachments to choose from, all of which provide different sensations and harshness of the massage. I love that it charges by USB-C as due to this it is very fast charging and I will be able to use my laptop charger for it when I am on the go. The device itself is really well made and high quality. There are many different settings for adjusting the pressure which is great for how deep you want to go into the muscle. I have recommended it to all of my friends and family, one of which who has already gone and bought one for himself. My partner is a Thai boxer and he also loves it, not only for his muscles but he also uses it to condition his legs. Could not recommend this product more, it is worth every penny, especially when you compare it to how expensive professional massages are.

I bought this product because I suffer with back problems and even before Covid, it was difficult to justify going to a spa for a massage. I wanted to see if I could have a similar experience with a home massage kit. I'm really pleased! The product comes with different extensions for different types of massage. Joints, muscles, etc and you really can feel a difference depending on what you use - It's really simple to use, you literally just pull out the massage head type you want and push it in - and the opposite when taking out! No awkward clips or things to press. It's easy to use on your own and you can change the strength with its different settings.I'm someone who is used to pain & muscle tension so being able to have a deep massage is important, and you are definitely able to do that! It's easy to use on different parts of your body, legs, lower back, shoulders, etc I've mostly used it on my lower back and I've felt so much less tension in the area which is amazing as I have to sit 8 hours a day at work and it can get quite uncomfortable. The battery life has been good too, I've used it a good few times since receiving it and I've not needed to recharge yet.One of the best parts about it (which may seem silly but hear me out) is that it comes in its own portable case and it's easily storable. I always need things to have a home and the carry case makes that so much easier.I'd definitely recommend this to anyone wondering how to get a massage as part of their weekly care routine!

I wasn’t expecting this product to be anywhere near as powerful as it was! I think I’ve got an old-fashioned idea that anything that’s USB rechargeable is going to be weak, and it’s totally not the case.So anyway: this is a really useful handheld massager. I used to do lots of combat sport stuff, did some Muay Thai and BJJ for a lot of years, and my shoulders are jacked up. When I lie on the floor one touches the floor and the other one doesn’t quite get there! I haven’t got loads of cash and I was only a hobbyist so regular massages aren’t a thing I’ve tried up to this point.I’ve used a few RENPHO products in the past and have always been impressed, the quality is really good, especially for the price, and that’s the case here. This massage gun comes in a nice case, with a USB-C cord to charge it, and five different attachable heads to massage various bits (I know what you’re thinking but bear with me here). There’s a bit for your spine, a bit for knotted up muscles etc. Do not use this device on your adult bits, it’ll probably blow them clean into the next road - this is super powerful. The device has one button - you hold it to turn it on, press it to speed up (five speeds, from strong to holy moly), then hold it down to turn it off. It’s also got a few leds that light up to show you how much charge is left.My partner has been using this on my shoulders and it’s amazing, I’m hoping once lockdown ends and I start doing some training again I’ll be a bit less bashed-up!

Really pleased I invested in this massage gun. It's awesome. I've recently rejoined the gym after lockdown and starting to run again, and at 47 years old, suffering the aches, pains of being unfit. This massage gun is a pleasure to use. Firstly, very impressed with the quality of this massage gun. It comes in a premium solid case, you have all the different massage types, and the massage gun is a solid, beautifully designed, easy to handle health toolAll the good points:* It's really easy to use. Choose the massage shape and simply push it onto the gun. Long press the power supply to switch it on, and then press quickly to switch between power levels.* It's incredibly powerful.I can understand why professional masseurs and sports professionals use it.* But it's also not painful. You get the full force of the massage head, but, because it's handheld, you're able to control how much pressure you apply to your muscles.* I love that that the handle doesn't shake. It's so powerful, I thought my hand would end up shaking with the vibrations. It doesn't. All of the good stuff is being aimed at your legs, or arms, or muscle points.* I feel great afterwards. I'm not a doctor, nor a therapist. But this to me is a hundred times better than trying to massage my legs with my hands.I don't have anything bad to say about this. It's beautiful, it's powerful, and I'll be recommending it to all my friend. My elderly parents have checked it out, and it's now on their xmas list.

I was pleased to receive the RENPHO massage gun. Arriving well packaged, the “gun” is stored in a smart case, where every item has a space for neat and effective storage. Initially I thought the gun felt heavy, but when using it I concluded the weight added sturdiness and a sense of quality. I am currently in week five following an accident that left me with a proximal fracture of the humeral head. I realise that currently it would be inappropriate to use the gun on my shoulder, however, already it has relieved tense back of the neck muscles. I am confident that following physio, In the coming months, the gun will help relieve the inevitable post physio exercise aches & pains.I was taken aback with the power of the device - even at level one the percussion is impressive. This gun works a treat! Charging, via the usb cable provided and a plug I already owned was straightforward and full charging is indicated by static blue lights. The kit looks good - aesthetically pleasing! The feel of the handle is good too - a rubberised feel ensures slip free use. The instruction booklet is simple and straightforward and once I popped on my glasses I could read the small print, This is the third RENPHO product I have bought and with the purchase of the gun, I remain impressed by the quality and practical uses of the products RENPHO produce. I wholeheartedly recommend the massage gun to rid oneself of muscle aches and tension.

Firstly, it's worth saying that my wife and I are kind of addicted to massage products. We own a rumble roller, peanut rollers, foot massagers, balls, spikey balls, shiatsu massager and more. We even went to Thailand and got certified in Thai massage. We've tried it all.My sister has a massage gun, and it's great. So I've been on the lookout for one for a while, and finally went for this one.Believe me when I say this massage gun is amazing. It's really powerful and takes a bit of getting used to (makes your whole body and even your voice vibrate!). But the big difference between this and all the other products that we have is the ability to precisely target sore muscles.Nothing else can really do this as well apart from fingers. I work out a lot and so I've used it daily for the last 5 days. It makes a difference. There's a load of these massage guns on the market, but I chose Renpho as I have their body fat scales and am really pleased with it. So I thought it would be a safer bet than a random brand. The build quality is amazing, the travel case is perfect, accessories just right. You get what you need, nothing more, and it does the job. It's also the first non-phone device I own to use USB-C. Again, a small attention to detail that shows the quality this product is going for.If you want a massage gun. This one is a good choice. If you like massage products then you won't be disappointed.

This is the first massage gun I’ve owned and I’m surprised I’ve only just found out about a great piece of technology such as this! I like going to the gym and I train legs at least once a month. That one day a month will always lead to a week of pain and limping. This has been the case for the past few years until I descovered this product. Immediately after training I use the Renpho massage gun on my legs to remove the lactic acid. I then use it on my lower back. I’ve found that if I do this process for a couple time straight after training legs, the pain the next day is nothing! The Renpho massage gun charges with usb-c, I like this feature because it’s reversible and I allready own usb-c cables. The only downside to this product is that it doesn’t include a power brick to plug into the wall. This isn’t a problem for me as I allready own a few but if you don’t have much technology in the house you will have to buy one separately. The different heads are great too, they provide one for each scenario, I like the two-pronged one to use on my neck. The battery life is decent, I’ve only had to charge it once over nearly a week of using it. It charges fast.Overall a great product. The Matt blue colour is very appealing. 5 stars

A friend of mine recommended getting an alternative product at over 3 times the cost of this. While the feedback was good I was unsure I could justify the price-tag so I thought I would try this. And I am so glad I did!I play football twice a week, I run 3 times a week and do various other exercise in between so wanted something to accelerate my recovery especially in my calves and thighs (hamstrings). I have been using it for a week now and it has really made a huge difference. The first use was 24 hours after 90 minutes of football where my calves were very tight and sore, and after 20 minutes of using this I woke up the next day with the tightness and soreness gone.I have generally stuck with the general head (as seen in the video)as it seems to address all of my needs for my legs and back, and use it on one of the 2 lowest settings. The noise is minimal and therefore I use it while sitting on the sofa watching TV with no distraction. It comes in a smart carry case and requires minimal setting up, with only a 3 hour charge needed before your first use. I am very happy with the purchase to date, although cannot yet comment on battery life or longevity of product but will update in time.
