Cycling & general- my wife has several other rucksacks but the design of this one is super & the quality of fabrics and manufacture is tremendous. Colours lovely. The best way to find out is one of the video reviews .. another plus is the lid lock which is really brilliant for biking and shopping without carrying helmet inside pack or in hands.. the back airflow really works too for no sweaty back. A place of used food foil wraps etc.. one hand secure magnetic chest strap very useful on bike.. not letting go of a hand etc
