I've had an Osprey pack for many years and decided it was time to downsize from me caverness 110 liter bag and pack a bit lighter. I couldn't be happier with this pack. Very comfortable to carry with a full pack. Carrying 35lb felt like 20. Besides comfort, I really love all the external pocket and gear strap options to keep stuff organized and would enable me to stretch this pack to carry additional food and fuel for an extended trip without needing to break out the 110 liter monster. I initially debated getting the larger 70 liter but with the external options on the 60, I think it would have been overkill.

An extremely comfortable and feature-rich design that handles heavy loads, while only being marginally heavier than average.Pros: Packed full of features, great pockets, comfortable and solid ergonomic designCons: Slightly on the heavier side, not the best for super heavy loads

I hike and climb on a regular basis and have had more than my fair share of backpacks. This is by far the most comfortable yet even with extreme weight it feels to almost float away from you.

Very well made. Arrived much sooner than it promised. However, I saw on the Osprey website that the lid turns into a small back pack but it does not in the product I received.
