I wanted a replacement remote for a old tv I acquired and I had broke my sky remote. This does the job for both so easy. No set up needed for the Sky box.As it is compatible with majority of TV's I was a tad skeptical that it would work on the ancient TV I have. But I was so wrong. It does and the instructions to set up are so easy to follow. This saved me the cost of two remote replacements, and freed up my good Tv for me. Now just to get the kids from fighting over the TV.

I lost my Samsung tv remote control and try to look for a replacement but find it very expensive . I was a bit worried to get this universal tv remote as it might not work. I was amazed how simple it was to pair and use. I looked at other shops and found Argos the Best Buy and I used my argos card too. With the price I paid for and the user friendliness of the remote I'm sure it's a winner!

The remote is fine except for one thing - describing it as suitable for Free View is misleading. It may well work for new TV sets with digital Free View built in, but it certainly doesn't work for Free View digital set top boxes. I have kept it as a spare remote control for our main TV set.

Bought this for my elderly mum. Her TV remote control had stopped working. She needed a simple to use control that was easy to set up. This fitted the bill perfectly. The buttons on the new control are larger and clearer than the old one which makes it easier for her to use.

This is pretty much the same as the Sky remote but cheaper. Just make sure that's what your after as it doesn't have any of the extra sky plus buttons and once you programme it for sky plus many of the buttons change function and don't correspond to what written on them.

We needed a replacement for our old SKY remote that was slowly dying and very frustrating to use. The Argos offer seemed best value around and is performing flawlessly, no learning needed as buttons arranged the same as the old one.Excellent purchase.

I broke my sky remote and needed a fast replacement. This product accomplished that. The price was fair and was easy to set up. I keep it as a spare now my replacement sky remote is here. The only issue I had is that it would not FF my programmes.

The price was better than other online places I looked for the similar remote.It was Easy to setup because it has an excellant manual.I would recommend anyone to purchase it because it does the same job as an expensive remote and is easy to use.

I would recommend Argos to my friends and family I think you guys give customer service sometimes. I would like Argos to look more digital maybe if we had TV screen advertising the new product on sale and new household items that we could buy.

This is a great replavcement for a standard Sky box.My mum loves it as it replaces thae one that broke. There is a light that indicates which mode it is in so she does not get confused.Set was easy. Find the code for the TV and hey presto

Got this as my telly remote stopped working, it does the job but unfortunately I can't get the TV guide to work on my LG tv wich is a nightmare but apart from that it works ok , i got another for my daughters telly and it all works fine

The remote that came with my LG 19" TV was frustrating to use as however hard the buttons were pressed it mostly failed to work. Extremely pleased with this remote that I bought as a cheap replacement - very convenient and responsive.

Works well with my TV apart from can't move my Guide onwards by a day as it isn't able to scroll a day at a time. My dad has the same remote and it works on his as his Guide is different. so just depends on your telly.

Very good product. Easy to use and goes withMost brands of Tv and sky boxesOverall I'm very happy with this product.Works with two devices simultaneously.Should u need a replacement this is highly recommended.
