One remote is all I have on my armchair now! Wanted a new remote for the sound bar as the buttons were playing up and saw this. Can take a bit of getting use to but now so easy. All works fine on Sky, sound bar, Blu-ray, tv, and Apple TV. Only one minor problem is remembering what you have it set to. Many a time I’m trying to change channel and nothing happens, only to find I’ve got it on the sound bar or one of the other choices but a quick push of the devices button to select what you want.

The One For All remote control is well set out and relatively easy to set up. Some of the codes don't work and it's a case of working through the lists. The code lists at the back of the instruction manual are printed far too small, so it is easier to go online and read them off a computer screen. I downloaded the app for my phone, but have yet to investigate if it's useful or not. This remote is well made & good value for money. Oh, don't forget to buy 4 x AAA batteries; they're not supplied!

This was bought to replace a remote for a Humax YouView PVR. The universal remote works very well for replacing the failing remote but there is no Delete key so it isn't possible to remove recordings from the box. The buttons are easy to press and the IR signal is quite strong, so the remote doesn't have to be aimed exactly at the PVR. Every time a button is pressed, the currently selected device is highlighted which is very useful. I haven't managed to get the learning function to work yet.

We bought a one-for-all remote many years ago and am pleased to see that they have evolved since. I found the button training great - point the original remote at the new remote, press the button and now the new remote can replicate that function. In other words, no lost button features. Overall, a good remote to replace many. The biggest downside that annoyed me was that I couldn't programme two audio devices on the new remote - it's one specific type of device for each device button.

Great quality and quite easy to use thanks to the setup app available.HOWEVER, as great as this device is, you may still need to keep certain remotes available nearby as this will not include all features to any given remote. EG: I have a Denon Receiver Amp and I can only change digital media via the Denon remote. But at least I’m down to two remotes rather than five!Read instructions then read again, trust me, this will ease any setup issues.

Nice styling smart looking difficult to get batteries in it took two staff and time in the shop to open it in North Cheam very helpful staff If you had a problem you couldn’t take it back to get into it you need to have cut through the package to get it out .Argos would not be able to resell it.Cont get it to work used magic button wil not pair with my Hatachi 4K smart Tv 43 inch also from Argos brill TV a dream to own one.

when technology goes wrong it can be very annoying, conversely, when it goes right..this product performs exactly as the advertising states, it controls every device I have and I can now use one gadget to switch on 3 items at the same time and control them without switching lots of remotes. I also now save on batteries.I would highly recommend this product to all why seek universal control of their media devices.

Replaced my old 4 device one for all remote. So much easier to set up than the old "try code and repeat" method if you have a smart phone (via downloadable app). Works with everything, although I had to swap a few of the functions around using the 'learn new feature' mode. Only downside is that it doesn't feel as solid in the hand as the old chunkier ones. A bit too much design style over substance.

It is very good once you get the hang of it, which takes a while. I spent a lot of time on YouTube trying to get my head round how to set it up and use it, but have pretty much got there. Packaging is the worst thing about it, you almost need a tin opener to get into it!! Managed to cut myself on the sharp packaging. Really no need for such ridiculous packaging!!

It's nice to be able to control different devices with just one remote. The attached instruction is easy to follow, just point, press magic, choose device (e.g TV) and device number (e.g 5 for X-Box), wait for device to go off and it's done. Was able to connect the TV, Sky, X-Box and DVD within 5 minutes. Makes switching between devices so much easier.

Works fine. I had to use code in book to link to tv. But you can majic it with button on control. But found to get all functional stuff better to use code .Though it could just be me not doing it right . Nice control but you will have to work out how to get certain features by pressing all buttons to work out what does what.

Does pretty much what it is meant to do. However the smart function does not work. To access smart functions, I have to go through the guide and push the back button. Also this product requires 4 batteries instead of the 2 as most other remote control requires. However overrall i give this product an overral rating of 8/10.

Needed a replacement for my old universal remote control and went for this one after having read the reviews and compared pros and cons with other similar products. So pleased I bought this one, works brilliantly, great design and functions and most of all very easy to use.

This is a fab way to replace several other remotes at the same time. The only disadvantage is that it still doesn't cover all devices on the market. The customer service is very helpful. All in all, a really phenomenal gadget and good value for money.

Great product, looks nice and works well. The app for the iPad didn’t work but the quick start guide gave me the codes for the tv and DVD player. It misses a couple of buttons that the main remote has but other than that it’s great!
