Bought a couple of these magic remotes for new LG 2019 smart tv's as certain LG model smart tv's only include the basic remote control which is a bit cheeky to have to buy another remote if you want to use the full function of voice control.If your thinking of getting a couple of these for your tv then DONT, as will only work and sync with one magic remote at a time.You can use the standard remote that comes with tv and a magic remote together as standard works off IR and magic works off RF.

I have done a lot of research on this remote before committing to buy. Then again I have lived with new LG TVs and without a magic remote for years, so at the end I've decided to get one second hand. Really good decision I have to say. Nice to have the pointer for any web based app. Just makes your life easier. Also the Alexa functionality is amazing.All in all really good experience. Whether you gonna decide to buy this new or second hand you won't go wrong. I totally recommend this.

Bought this courtesy of my kids breaking the original remote, I had prior to this purchased a One4all that is compatible with ALL LG TV's barring mine it seems.... anyway... I bought this fearing another disaster in compatibility but was overly shocked when all I done was add batteries, point it at the tv and pressed on button..... that was all it took!! The TV stated it was a new remote and it had been paired..... DONE!! All functions work as they should, really simple, buy and try!!

My old 2017 magic remote does not work with my 2019 LG new model, basic functions do but that is it.Purchased this and it's great, even has the additional movies button which opens up the Ratuken TV movies app. Very responsive, all the buttons and functions work perfectly and at a great price. Of couse would be good if it came with the TV in the first place or the older magic remote was compatible .Defo recommend this remote if you have a compatible LG tv.

A decent quality remote from LG that, unlike many smart remotes, actually makes the TV easier to use.Whilst the remote will work out of the box just by pointing it at the TV, make sure you follow the pairing instructions in the manual to make sure it pairs properly and gives all the smart features.It’s pretty cool and useful being able to move the remote in the air like a magic wand to control the TV.

One of these came with my television which is in our tv room. However, having bought a cheaper LG TV for the sitting room and, having struggled with the ordinary given remote control for a short while, I quickly bought this. It's so much easier to use and allows me to quickly scroll through the channel guide and with ease.Definitely well worth the money!

Great remote, lots of key functions to get use too. If you love an LG TV this is a must addition. Should come standard with the TV. Like to think LG will keep updating software with this remote with the TVs. As a new LG TV purchaser to purchase this remote I hope to think support is good. Big company, great picture etc, keep software simple for customers.

I found not easy to link with TV as have no instructions. There is a disc with the tv which might give me more information about this majic remote. The voice recognition does not always recognise my voice which makes me just move to what Instruction I need manually. Until I get more instruction on how to use it, I do wonder if it was worth buying.

I was fed us of having to play 'seek the control' so I thought I would buy my own. It is an excellent product - lovely shape that fits in the hand comfortably / it was very easy to set up (just point and press), it is easy to use and I have found things on the TV that my partner didn't know was there. Girl Power !!

This remote makes navigation through the mountains of online media a breeze. Intuitive and once you get the hang of moving the pointer, it's very quick. On the downside, it does not sync to my other LG equipment! The original standard LG remote did - making it easier to control everything with one remote.

It’s a good smart remote , on my LG smart tv it does not seem to register which I be missing out in the full functionality. Other than that it’s very easy to use and the buttons stand o it as you would know which button to press in the dark like the volume up and down button , price is good as well

Not all the features work with the older TV's, such as the Netflix and Amazon buttons, nor does the on screen cursor. But it still let's you use the arrow buttons which is actually easier to use than the cursor which always had a mind of its own. All in all I like it and fits my needs.

Easy to use, buttons easy to see, works perfectly. If it had fast forward & rewind facility would be amazing, I know these functions can be used via the speak button, but I would prefer to press, especially as the command “fast forward” is not easily understood by the speak mode.

Bought to replace one we lost. Note it does work with LG 2018 OLEGs - if the pointer / Magic Mouse isn't working, just pair the remote again and it will. The only thing I don't like is some of the icons are now outlines and harder to read, but works fine / feels like original.

Set up was so simple, just press a button on the remote when prompted by your tv!You can still use your old remote as well!Using the mouse pointer on the tv takes a bit of getting use to and feels slightly laggy but im sure i will get use to it.
