I'm very disappointed with this purchase, but it's too late for a refund.While the drop-in charging is an excellent feature, the battery packs included with the charger are not quite the correct size. What this means is that the battery packs can disconnect from the controllers at any given moment (yes, even right in the middle of gameplay!) Imagine the frustration of working on getting that perfect combo in the Batman: Arkham games, only to hear Windows play the "device disconnected" sound and watch Batman just stop and stand there like an idiot while getting beaten down by thugs; or lining up the perfect shot in Rocket League, only to look down in horror as the LED on the controller suddenly fades to black and,

This product did not tell you that the plug was a USA plug so you need to replace the the plug, and iam not sure that it will be safe using on UK 240 electric
