Bought these expensive shoes under recomendation about width fitting. The seam tore within two hundred miles of easy running! Complained to NB and they said they don't guarantee the quality of products they make and sell through indepedently franchised stores so they told me only the store not the company that made them might be interested - I bought them on holiday, in Berlin!Terrible to think they just offload substandard products onto franchisees and don't support customers either - poor quality product with even worse customer care!
