This is our second. We had our previous one about 7 or 8 yrs ago and have used it no end. Got a bit tired so we replaced with the same model. Cover didn't last long on the previous grater...but that's not the bit you grate cheese/veg/zest/ginger/knuckles with!...so not bothered if that breaks again.

I had the old design of this product whilst I was impressed with its grating qualities, the plastic frame was it weakness and in the end broke. This new improved version is fantastic, still an excellent quality grater, but the steel frame gives it strength and a lasting quality. Happy happy!

The first purchase was for one of these graters and with the success of this there was no option but to go for a couple more. It may be more expensive than the average grater but once used you know that it is value for money and would not want to go back to the cheaper models.

I dont understand why this grater seems to change the look and taste of cheese. It comes out really thin and flaky and tastes much nicer than when shredded with a standard microplane.

Microplane products are expensive, but good. I have several, all of which are much easier and quicker to use than my old graters. The metal frame will, I hope, last without breaking.

It's a micro plane product, and as expected it delivers. I bought the grating guide attachment which works well. A little tight to put on grater but saves your fingers

As with all microplane graters this is a must have if you want to great stuff with ease, simply THE best graters on the market without question!

I now have about 5 different sized Microplane graters. They are so easy to use and grating is now so easy. Good quality at a good price.

Bought this as a replacement for a previous purchase many years ago, great for a variety of items where the fine grater is too fine,

Superb!! Far superior to the first one I used, which had a plastic frame which broke down after about a year or two !

Easy to use and does what it says !! I would always recommend Microplane products , they are all so easy to clean
