The scoop has ears: a much better shape than other scoops. I have no idea why this design is so hard to find. Good for carving ice cream that is frozen hard.Decent stainless. Good in the dishwasher. It's a plastic handle, not one of those annoying rubber ones that perishes after a few years.

Really cool design, decided to get this as it stood out on the market. Was a unique but familiar design and when received I was impressed by the build quality feels a lovely weight and gives you the confidence to go for that extra scoop we all know we want ;)

I purchased this based on reviews and so far am very happy. It's sturdy, easy to use and makes a nice scoop. The handle isn't soft touch but it's shaped so is easy to hold. Doesn't bend like spoons as the metal is thick. Highly recommended

The shape means that it gets into even the hardest frozen dessert - okay, so you don't get 'scoops' but they're not far off and at least this one can go in the dishwasher without ending up leaving grey deposits on my ice cream.

Fantastic scoop. I was looking for ice cream scoop for a long time and glad I found this one.It is very easy to use even on very frozen ice cream.
