My dogs had previously been on Paw & Fur - Premium Wet Dog Food - Gourmet Gravy Selection, 100g (which I gave a 3 star review) but economics persuaded me to try the cheaper Amazon brand. If you want to know the ingredients you will need to read the box as there is no information on the individual pouches, just some blurb about balanced nutrition and how good vitamin E is. “Products contains ‘Various Sugars’” but 0.15% is a very small amount. Although not stated to be grain-free, no grain is mentioned on the box and the only “vegetable origin” mentioned is inulin. I could not find a country of origin as only Luxemburg is on the packaging and that is just Amazon’s European headquarters.Delivery- Arrived on time and undamagedPackaging - well packed but in an over-large outer box.In the box - 24 x 100g pouches, 4 different varieties of food. Chicken, lamb, turkey and beef - all chunks in jelly.Appearance - The chunks are in plastic pouches that can be easily opened by tearing across the top. They are indeed in jelly, sliding out of the pouches easily with a plop, much better than the gravy ones which need squeezing to get the last of the meat. There is a reasonable ratio of meat to jelly. There is only a slight inoffensive meaty smell so to a dog I don’t know how attractive that would be.I only usually buy food for my dogs that is stated to be grain-free so maybe I was taking a risk buying this but I have had no problems with it so far, no itching, no runny-bum and certainly no refusal. They love the stuff but as they’ll normally eat anything I’m not sure how good a recommendation that is. I would give it 5 stars if the packaging were a little clearer but can’t say I’m unhappy with the food. It is inexpensive, easy to handle, delivered to the door and the dogs are eager at mealtimes. A most adequate everyday food so I'm sticking with it.

I bought these for my ridiculously fussy 11 year old Patterdale x Border Terrier girl. She had a lamb pouch and for the first time in the 5 years I've had her, she absolutely SCOFFED her dinner down. Never seen her eat a meal so enthusiastically. The pouches are good too as tins or trays are often 400g are a pain to split up into separate meals (she's a 6kg girl at her ideal weight and 400g is just too much in one go). So far, I'm very happy with this food. Hopefully she continues to like it (if she doesn't then it's not because of the food itself, she's just very fussy). EDIT. It has been a few months and she's STILL eating the pouches. I've had her 5 years and this is the longest she has gone eating just one food.I alternate between Jelly and Gravy. They're obviously not the best foods in terms of nutrition and ingredient quality, but I give my girl canine multivitamins daily. I'm just happy that she's eating. Not had any digestive upset as she has an iron stomach anyway.I would advise gradually weaning a dog onto a new food, you can't just swap their food with a new one in one go. You need to go slow and add a small amount from a pouch into their usual food and gradually increase each day. Most dogs will get a poorly tummy if you just give them a new food without weaning them onto it. It took my collie at least a month to wean onto a new food without diarrhoea, and that was grain free, natural, expensive food for sensitive tummies.

25th May 2021 - 2nd order. Cost me £2.99 as I had a £5 goodwill voucher from Amazon. Same free next day delivery. My review below is based on my first order...£7.99 with free Prime delivery for 24 sachets in various flavours is very good value. I feed the local Urban Foxes nightly with one of the contents of a sachet placed on some kitchen towel atop my door mat for hygiene and giving the Fox some comfort as he eats. I also give him fresh clean water in an old Crave aluminium carton. Given that the local Foxes used to eat a 1/3 of Crave every night and now eat this it's clear to me that they enjoy this new food very much. Nothing is left behind - even the kitchen towel! My only gripe is the portion sizes...100g,Amazon could easily do better.I recommend this dogfood.I read that the price used to be £6.97 or less when it was first introduced on Amazon...I am hopeful the price reduces over time again. The reason for the change was due to the cost of Crave. It is quite interesting to see Amazon making their own brand of petfood.?????

These pouches are suitable for smaller and miniature breeds of dogs, They are simply too small to provide enough economical nutrition for larger dogs. Having said that they were thoroughly enjoyed as an extra treat, mixed in with their normal kibble, by our two family Springers. These are little nuggets of meat in a rich gravy. There isn’t a lot of meat to be honest. If you prefer punches two tins, you will appreciate the convenience of these, but possibly not the price. They don’t compare well to food of a similar standard available in discount supermarkets.Probably most economical for you if you have a miniature breed, our little Springer has quite a sensitive tummy, and he hasn’t experienced any digestive issues. The soft pouch food may also be suitable for very elderly dogs who can’t cope with hard foods.Your dog will probably like this very much, your pocket perhaps a little less so. For an Amazon brand, this is unexpectedly expensive.

This food comes in foil pouches with a notch at the top for easy ripping off and then the food slides out in one solid, flat piece; small rectangular chunks of meat held in jelly. I like the fact that it all comes out so easily in one piece and there’s none left behind in the pouch, no endless squeezing and rolling trying to get it all out. Smells pleasant enough and breaks up easily with a fork.Would be great for a smaller dog but our Labrador is 25kg, and the feeding guide on the box goes up to 10kg which recommends 5-6 pouches daily. Our lab would need about 15 of these little pouches a day.Not economical in that case for her, but if your dog is smaller,I can certainly vouch for the fact that our lab was very excited about it, and wolfed it down with huge enjoyment wagging her tail happily. It certainly suited her, no upset tummy, though she has produced some particularly stinky gas emissions!!

Amazon Brand - Lifelong Complete pet food for adult dogs - Meat in Jelly Selection, 2.4 kg (24 pouches x 100g)The product. This is a balanced soft dog food from Amazon’s own brand ‘Lifelong’ It comes in individual sachets – 24 x 100g. They are easy to open.Nutritional content. For the price asked the nutritional content is very good and provides a well-balanced diet for any dog.Feeding.Full feeding instructions are given on the packs. There are 4 flavours in the 24 pack – beef, turkey, chicken and lamb. How did it go down?Very well actually, both the dogs we tried it on liked it very much and cleared the lot. We mixed it with some dry food just to add variety for them.Overall.A good value but good quality wet food liked by our dogs. There was no change to their digestive tract frequency while on it and so far it’s all going well. We would definitely buy this again.

At the time of writing this review the product listing details don't exist, so just to clarify you get 24 pouches, split into:• 6 x chunks with beef in jelly• 6 x chunks with chicken in jelly• 6 x chunks with turkey in jelly• 6 x chunks with lamb in jellyThis is a new Amazon owned brand and my dogs have both devoured each flavour. They've done this though with any other brand of wet food, so it's equally as good as the others you can buy on the high street. The packing for this review sample set ha very little English on it – it's basically all in German – so there's very little to tell you.As long as my dogs are happy, then I'm happy. It doesn't appear to be too expensive either (about the same as other brands).

I've had a problem finding a food for my fussy rescue Jack Russell. We've explored all of the tinned, dry which she hates, special and gourmet made dog foods etc etc. I came upon this food and decided to give it a go. Result, she loves it! I couldn't believe the fantastic price either! The food arrives well packed in four flavours, in easily opened pouches. The small pieces are in a jelly and ideal for small dogs. She eats one pouch per day, sometimes one and a half pouches but as she's not a greedy dog who is always looking for food I know that she is eating just what she needs. I'm very pleased with this complete dog food. I'm only ordering this brand of dog food in future.A very satisfied customer (and dog!)

Some dogs are gannets (not literally!): they eat whatever is put in front of them and somethings that aren't. My hound is of the more discerning variety. She is most particular as to what she deems suitable to enter the temple of her stomach. Not only is there a list of food that she has never deigned to consume but also, an even longer one, of food that seemed to pass muster for a while but then fell from grace.I have found that this food has become a staple. My beast is a collie, which is rather a large dog to feed on these sachets, but I have found that the application of one packet to the top of a standard, but in her eyes boring, dinner, creates a gourmet meal that disappears at a pleasing rate.

Our Yorkie can be quite fussy but even he loved these pouches. Well, the meat inside the pouches. It's not like he was running off with the pouches to make himself little Zandra Rhodes-esque jackets... you don't think he was, do you?The meat does come out as a bit of a solid lump, and needs to be broken up with a fork (or simply swallowed whole if you're a springador whose hooman mommy has been distracted for a moment), but it looks good, doesn't smell awful and seems to be a hit.Not currently listed on Amazon, so I'm unsure how the price stacks up. If it was the right price I'd have no problem ordering this again.

Really impressed with this dog food selection, well my dog is! In the box you get 24 pouches in four different flavours: chicken, beef, lamb, turkey. Each meets the approval of my fussy dog. What I noticed straight away is how full each pouch is. Other brands I’ve tried tend to fill the pouch with jelly and cut back on the meat but this isn’t the case here. The box is also convenient, with a tear off dispenser end which makes storage easier. The meat content is only 4% but you get a lot of meat in each pouch. It also contains added vitamin E for immune function and vitamin d3 for healthy teeth and bones

Well I have an extremely fussy dog and she seems to enjoy this. I gave her a plate of cesar and a plate of lifelong and she ate the lifelong. She won't touch the food if I leave the jelly on so I have to separate it takes a minute but if it encourages her to eat I don't mind she's 14 and weighs 2kg, eats 1 packet a day sometimes less but she also has bakers meaty chunks and complete which is free fed so constant access to food and water. Happy dog = happy owner.

Wow what can I say, my dogs clean there dish, other pouches I was feeding my dogs would turn there noses up at them but not these, the packaging is ideal for being smaller but still the same amount you get in other dog food pouches, super fast delivery, excellent service, I have just ordered more and will be from now on, thank you honestly my dogs love them so anybody who makes my dogs happy I love u, lol, ppl need to try them, I highly recommend 10 stars

I got this for my daughters dog, just to make a change from her usual food. The dog loved it, it's basic and filling, the meat is cut into reasonable chunks and, with the gravy, is easy to digest. Part of the Amazon basics range, it's good value for money, containing 24 pouches of food. It doesn't smell awful, as many basic dog foods do, and the dog in question is still eating it after several meals! I will be getting some for her Xmas stocking!

I cant complain about this because my dog loves it. He has tried each flavour and seems to have enjoyed them all. He has had no tummy upset and his poos have stayed normal. It is a meaty food in chunks and jelly. These sachets are for small dogs so as I have a medium dog I just gave him 2 at a time with a little kibble on top. These sachets are perfect if we are out for the day and we can take one with us for his snack after a long run.
