My son has two cats who have completely different personalities. Ruby thinks she's a queen and needs to be treated with reverence whilst Lila is the alley cat who is in your face demanding attention. Ruby will only eat tinned tuna, sardines in spring water, the occasional bowl of Iams cat biscuits and would never lower herself to catch a bird or mouse. Lila on the other hand will eat anything and everything...birds, mice, spiders, any tinned food and cat biscuits.I thought I would try this pack of fish in jelly (24 pouches) with his cats to see how we get on. So at feeding time my son called his two cats whilst I prepared their dinner. I was quite impressed with the look and smell of these fish in jelly pouches,

My cat has been having another brand for a while which i bought because it was a high percentage of meat. But recently he has been turning his nose up at it or eating a small amount but then vomiting it back up.I thought I would try him with this when he stopped eating his wet food altogether.From the minute it went in to his bowl he was like a cat possessed and snaffled it up as fast as he could. I only gave him half of a pouch to try him with it, also i didn't want him to wolf it down and then bring it back up again. I usually give him half a pouch of the regular brand but then he pesters for more, but with this he seems to be satisfied for longer,

Obviously, it's pretty tough to review a product that is consumed by a pet but here goes!Wally is one of those felines that is particulary fussy and spoilt when it comes to food. He won't touch the expensive stuff. Won't touch the cheap options either. He'll start eating a pouch only to stop after a few bites and walk away leaving you with a wasted box. He's frustrating at times!He's particularly partial to jelly meat, we've discovered, so this looked to be a good fit. Results from Wally's perspective seem preety good. He's happily scoffed all the flavours except one (the green, Hake). You put it in his bowl and he drags it out onto the floor to break up and munch.

Ok let me start with the negative people with negative feedback who go for the kill, is it really necessary!! This is the reason why I read a few and purchase!! ’m beginning to think that it’s the owners who are fussy and not the cats! If you introduce a new cat food give them their usual, skip a day and give them the new one and so on. The reason they are ‘fussy’ is because you have introduced them to a cat food they eat every day without switching now & again?Ok Amazon cat food which I didn’t know existed! I went for the fish selection. Look at my pics, heads down on each flavour always a good sign right! So it’s going well they have it every second day mixing it up with their fave as I’ve done for years.

I'm not a cat nutritionist, or a cat for that matter, so I can only judge this by how my 2 cats enjoyed the food and what I can decipher from the ingredients list.The ingredients list shows that this food contains around 4% of the 'flavour ingredient'. This is in line with other cat foods I have used. There are 2 main protein sources listed first (Meat and Animal Derivatives, Fish and Fish Derivatives (4% specific variety of fish). Guidance I have seen suggests this therefore qualifies as a high quality food.The analytical constituents are: 82% moisture, 8% protein, 4.7% fat, 2% inorganic matter and 0.3% crude fibres.The smell—to humans—is really unattractive. Well firstly the cat loves this and does eat every single bit. Let me say this is not the case with most cat foods as she will only always eat a premium brand sachet.It smells good but what I love the most is that these sachets contain 100g where is most contain a maximum of 85 g. I have I have 2 cats and I like to feed them half a sachet of wet and some dry. When the sachets contain 85g I was have to open a second one otherwise one cat goes short. This works perfectly as I give them half Each plus dry.Obviously the most important Factor is that my cat enjoys it and does eat it, but also, because the packages are bigger I think this makes it great value too.I would definitely consider buying

This is somewhat of a basics food - beige chunks of meat/fish in a jelly but it's ingredients are well considered; apparently developed by pet Nutritionists and checked by a vet:- Meat/animal derivative of about 32%.- Added sugar as a colourant (0.15%).- Natural prebiotics- Taurine- Fibre (Inulin)- Biotin- Vitamin D3- Vitamin E- No artificial flavours, colours or preservatives added. No added Soya, Barley or Dairy.My cats think it is OK, but they definitely prefer some other foods and this can sometimes be left out all day whereas other types of food go more quickly. They always love licking off the jelly though! We gave some sachets to the neighbour's cat and he loves it!

I have a cat and we have two strays we look after at our allotment. Our cat hates fish and will never eat it, but we put one of these sachets down and he absolutely whoofed it down, thought was just a fluke but he just couldn't wait when we fed him in the evening, never known him eat fish before, the two strays went made for it as well. One thing to note it does smell really strong and took a while to get off my hands, solved the problem by wearing think plastic gloves. I'm very impressed as we have such a fussy cat, but he was waiting for more it it this morning and the other two. Great product and kept them going all day.

I like the simple, clear packaging of this food and it is easy to slide out the packet as the jelly is quite firm.I also like the fact this food contains vitamin E and D3 - its good to know.This pack contains a nice variety of flavours. My puss preferred the fish ones as she always does but she ate the meat ones which is to their credit as not her favourite flavour. The food smelt quite strong and appetising and my cat seemed happy with it- particularly the hake flavour. Like many cats however she seems to prefer variety so I must admit I don't tend to stick to one brand of food as I find she gets bored .

We have three cats in the family, one older one and two young cats. I am pleased to say they devoured this and they are notoriously picky eaters so this must be good.This is a box of twenty four punches with six of each variety of fish, six salmon, six hake, six white fish and six cod. From Amazon own brand Lifeling complete food is a new brand for me, I will almost certainly re-buy if the price point is right, which is the only reason I have taken one star off as to date Amazon have not released this for general sale. I am happy to say though the cats loved it.

Had run out of cat food before I could get a food delivery , while I can eat soup and baked beans the cat won't , ordered this as it was about the quickest I could get delivered and was a great price too so thought we would give it a go , it came on time which more famous makes I have ordered from Amazon before have not done or have not come at all , the packaging is really neat !!! a small slim box that is easy to store , cat seems to love the food , eats it with no complaints which is unusual for a new food and I am very happy too !!! will buy this again !!!

It’s nice that you get 4 different flavours in this case of 24. Value wise, these are competitive with store own brands in price. The smell is quite strong but in a pleasant way. There are big meaty chunks in the jelly. We’ve been using these pouches as a mix with other food and as a result they are lasting quite well. Our cat can be a bit fussy and will struggle to eat a full meal of this but as a mix it’s working out well for us.

I liked the fact that less is more, it sezs exactly what it is, I know my kitten/cats are going to love this as it's the fish deal, everything came today around about the same time aswell, I've not been able to go out, but finally my babies are going to eat very well, the delivery man was great, he saw I had no arm strength so put both boxes on my floor and I was able to push them up my hallway

Our cat seemed to like this food - it was eaten straight away.We usually get pouches with the jelly such as Sheba or Felix.This brand seems to be on a par for the cat!PSHad to add this - 2 days later - the cat is refusing to eat the Hake (green packet) fish!Happy enough for the other 2 types - salmon(pink) & white fish(blue).

My cat has become an absolute pain in the backside since trying this food. She won't wait until its in the bowl, but is trying to eat it as it comes out. So, a happy cat. I like the fact that it comes out as a single block, rather than in bits and pieces, as it makes it easier to make sure I've got it all.
