In recent times I've become a fan of Lego sets, the DeLorean from 'Back to the Future, Ecto-1 from 'Ghostbusters, Wall-E, and now, The Big Bang Theory.I'm not the biggest fan of the TV series, don't get me wrong, I'll watch it, but mostly as a background activity whilst I'm doing something else like building Lego sets.The build is relatively straight forwards, it's an absolute doddle if you've built Lego sets before, with detailed instructions. I did have an unfortunate upset when I realised that one of the stickers I needed was missing, there was a blank space on the sticker sheet, but what had happened was that it was stuck to one of the packets.

I am a huge 'The Big Bang Theory' fan, and I have always loved Lego, so when I saw this item, it was like a match made in heaven. I spent a few hours making it, and my favourite thing has to the Lego mini figures. They are really cool, and I love the outfits that Lego chose to go with. I did make one modification to the set and that was the closet door, the instructions tell you to have it so that it opens outward, but any viewer of the show will tell you that the door opens inwards, so I did just that. I do have another criticism, and that is the girl figurines cannot sit on the sofa properly, the long hair on the figurines will always make them look like they are leaning forwards.Other than those small things,

Absolutely love it!!! Just finished building it and can't get over the details, the telescope in particular is pure brilliance!!! The only thing I am a little worried about is that I seem to have an abundant of bits left over, in particular what looks like a whole kitchen set, which doesn't seem to go anywhere at the moment... But I'd much rather have extra than have parts missing which there is no danger of having here. A definite must for all Lego, and Big Bang Theory fans in my opinion!!!

Although I ordered this from Amazon, unfortunately it never arrived so I purchased it locally as a gift for my wife.My wife and I built the model together, which took a couple of hours at a leisurely pace. The amount of detail and comedy value in the finished model is incredible. There are so many things you suddenly remember as being in the TV show itself, such as the ubiquitous Chinese takeaway containers, telescope, plasma ball, white board, green lantern, etc, etc.It's brilliant.

i bought this as a "joke gift" for my partner and she loved it and so do i, its been 40 years since i touched a lego block and this was fun to build, dunno where to put it though, not sure it works next to the carriage clock or the Ming vase.

Amazing lego set - really love the Ideas range. Loved the range of building Technics and amount of detail - looks great. One of the best sets I have ever had!If you like this I have found the Dr Who Ideas set to be really good as well.

What an excellent set, as an AFOL I love collecting and building sets, as a self confessed nerd....I love Big Bang Theory. So the two rolled in one set...fantastic. The details are great, figures are awesome, couldn't ask for more.

As a fan of the show this needed to be representative (well as much as possible) and I must say it doesn't disappoint. very detailed and accurate as it could be given that it's lego.a must buy for fans

I love it! It's brilliant! And best of all, if you have any of the LEGO DC Heroes you could re-create the episode 'The Justice League Recombination' with Sheldon, Leonard, Howard, Raj and Penny. ;)

I'm a big Big Bang Theory so when I came across this I had to have it. Grew up playing with Lego and now in my 30's still can't resist it. This is fab. The detail is amazing

Absolutley great. My friend loved it. The attention to detail is brilliant for lego. Would definitley buy again. A must have for any lego and BBT fans.

I thought it was great that this Lego structure had loads of pieces, It was a really enjoyable build and it looks fantastic!
