Unfortunately this was bought as a gift for someone and came totally squashed and unsuitable as a gift, having been rammed into an unsuitable size envelope (see pic, does the packaging dept not know that some people collect lego and it is imperative the boxes are not destroyed?)Anyway, Amazon could not send a replacement, but we're amazing CS as usual and kindly refunded me and told me to keep it, unexpectedly.I couldn't use it as a gift, so despite a couple of the bricks being also damaged upon inspection, I thought I might as well build it...... I have not built a Lego in perhaps 20 years, and it seems things have changed a bit. I really enjoyed building it and think it's a great model, good fun, and quite cool. There were far more stickers than I remember there ever being, which meant it took just over an hour to build, because naturally you want to get them right.Overall very pleased with the item and expect others to be, I hope that you don't have the unfortunate issue I had, but at the same time it meant I built my first Lego in 20 years, so thank you Amazon. My only critique of the item itself, or rather modern Lego, is that I always considered Lego to be about imagination... I am sure it still has a bit of that, but with soo many custom bricks in modern models, it makes the instructions absolutely neccersary, and removes a lot of the usefulness and encouragement to freestyle build and use imagination to actually create something either cool, beautiful or functional from a bunch of predominantly square blocks. While now days it seems you would end up with rather a great deal of pieces that have little alternative use...... I want my children to be inventive, not just robots that can follow instructions perfectly (though that is a skill too).Overall, fun, therapeutic and cool... Great to build as intended, but a fair few specific bricks, and more stickers than some airfix.

This is one of those builds that blows you away ... you think you won't enjoy it, but you end up doing so. I am NOT a big fan of stickers and this has the most I've seen in a Speed Champions set. However, they add to the model perfectly. NO, this does NOT look anything like its real life counterpart ... but it still looks fantastic, especially with the default hood.Build time: 1 hour+Highlights:A fantastic build with some interesting techniquesGreat price at the time of writing (£9.44)Lowlights:With the amount of stickers, I would reccomend helping your child for the best results.

There aren't many rally cars in the Lego Speed family unfortunately, so this one felt essential for my collection. It's a great looking car in shape, colour and amount of stickers. It has two bonnets, one with some rally headlights on the front which I prefer left on.It's easy to build, probably about 30mins - 1hr depending on how quickly you want to work through. It comes with a couple of extra rims but not really anything else exciting like some other cars do - some rally related accesories would have been the icing on top. Still no complaints, great Lego car.

Great fun to build with my boy - I had as much fun as he did! We built it over a few days, with I think a total build time of 1.5-2 hours.Only thing to note is that it does have a lot of stickers, and some of them are tiny (~5mm square) - I found a pair of tweezers to be really helpful for this! This was a gift, so I didn't pay for it. At present it's over £30 on Amazon, which I'd say is pretty pricey. Plenty of reviews here mention they got it for ~£10, which I'd say was great value - might be worth watching for a sale.

This is a nice build. (Remind yourself that it’s a racing driver and not a tragic boy-racer with aftermarket trash nailed to his car.) As far as Lego sets go, it’s a fiddly one: lots of small pieces that fit together at all angles. Follow the instructions for a nice build... but disassemble it to make something else and you have no chance: these small pieces are a collection of colourful plastic grit, basically. Oh... and they’ll all feature stickers, so there’s limited replay value.

As a fan of Lego this set is an absolute must! Not a long built but certainly furfilling, the detail is amazing for what it is, definitely the best one in the Lego speed champions range by far. My one slight issue with this build (and it is slight) is the amount of stickers, some of which are very fiddly to place....but really they make the build look that much more detailed so as said only a slight issue.

I bought this in a sale. As a lifelong lego addict it was a welcome addition to my collection. Decent little set with quite a few pieces.I wouldn't pay the full rrp for this though, I know lego is expensive but this set doesn't have the amount of pieces I feel justifies the standard rrp.

This is now my favourite car in the speed champions series. A brilliant model with a true Ford Fiesta feel to it. Only drawback is the load of stickers it comes with, and some are small, but if you apply them carefully then it looks fantastic!

I may be an adult but I thoroughly enjoyed assembling the Ford fiesta. I am and always have been a rally car lover and this is a perfect adition to my gaming shelf! Easy to assemble! Would make a perfect gift for any car lover

Probably one of the better looking Speed Champs I have build but it had so many stickers to add it was pretty annoying. I don’t see why Lego can’t print on the bricks, they have with some pieces and not others.

Normal lego product so you know it will be great and easy to assemble, marked in down one star only because the box was a bit battered, I'm sure my lad won't mind when he opens it though.

I got an absolute bargain price, haven’t found it cheaper anywhere else, it’s also a v lovely set, only cost £12 I think on here! Whereas it’s way more expensive on places like eBay.

Very fun build and the car looks amazing! Was bought for an adult who loves rally cars and he really enjoyed building this. Be ready to apply a lot of stickers!

Excellent representation of the iconic rally car. Easy enough to assemble for younger children, great detail for play and display for kids and grown ups alike !

Who doesn't love lego? And these are great for adults as well due to getting the car at the end! It's so good ours is on display on a shelf in our living room.
