My daughter has the top of the range Pharaoh's Quest 'Scorpion Pyramid', which is without doubt the best playset in this excellent Egyptian Mummy themed Lego series (hardly surprising as it is by far the most expensive). However for under a fiver this Scarab Attack micro-playset is superb value for money, and is ideal as a pocket money purchase or for adding in with a larger Pharaoh's Lego playset present as it's so cheap. The Amazon listing pictures show all the pieces supplied: a character (Jack Raines), a neat little cook set/campfire, pickaxe/binoculars/rifle, gold crystal, toolbox, and the giant Scarab Beetle (actually only 1" high x 2.5" long,

Nice little kit with 44 pieces in (got 47).I got it at 40% off so was pleased with price and value for money.You get an adventurer with a small camp,a bit of treasure and some weapons to fight off the beetle, and you get a good modelled beetle which looks the part. The beetle is about the size of 3 lego men so not huge but for a lego model looks good.Good as a one off toy as they can play scenarios with whats in the box, or a great addition to the pharaohs quest collection.Hope this helps

My 6 year old son chose to order this after receiving £5 from my aunt. For such a cheap, pocket money set, there's actually quite a lot to this set but it is still relatively simple, meaning that my son was able to build it independently which kept him quiet for a while on something reasonably constructive. As with all lego it's strong and goes on being enjoyed as generic parts long after the appeal of the initial set has faded. Arrived very quickly.

This is a really nice little set - and cheap too. The scarab is well made and can be used in any play scenario featuring a monster / giant-bug attack. The mini-figure has a lot of accessories and looks the part of an explorer-adventurer. Because it was so cheap I bought two sets - and now my daughter has two giant scarabs to create havoc and panic in Legoville.

The box Includes 2 minifigures, camp fire, chicken leg, mug, pick, gun, pair of binoculars and a toolbox.Lego just gets better and half the fun is the interaction in putting them together.Some parents are too happy sitting their kids in TV land, Lego is a great way to get together and do something creative and enjoyable.Can't fault this.

The Lego Pharaohs set is very well designed and is an really fun set. Excellent quality as expected from LEGO.Arrived quickly and packaged very well.Very pleased.

My son says...i play with this toy alot because i'm only just 10.I have got other lego pharoh play sets and when you get alot of play sets I find it very fun

This was a perfect size for popping individual pieces into the pockets of an advent calendar. The boys are fans of the Mummy movies so they loved it

It's lego so it's obviously good, however, it is a tiny, tiny set. Pretty expensive for what it is really.

My son has had great fun with this playing with all his different lego toys. It makes a great "baddy"!

My grandson was desperate for this and I was unable to purchase from toy stores as they had sold out.

Stocking filler for my nephew so glad it wasnt the main present but he was happy with it any way
