My eight year old son was thrilled with this set. It kept him quiet for hours whilst he put it together, and since he's started playing with it, he hasn't been seen since. I pointed out that there weren't any vehicles included with the set (which he usually likes) but my son didn't seem to mind. There are 5 cool characters Jay, Lloyd, Zugu, Kapaurai and Chen, and lots of story-telling elements to the set - a rope bridge, a trap door with a snake pit underneath, a prison cell, a large snake head that spits green cannonballs, rockets that fire out of the front and quite possibly more. At a price of just under thirty pounds this represents great value for a lego set.

Item arrived in perfect condition, was easy for my son to open, all the pieces were there and in pristine condition. My son couldn't be happier with it so that's good enough for me. This price beats shop prices so I am very happy all round with my order.

This set has soooo many small parts and pieces! But kept my brother quiet for DAYS. Bought this as a treat for a good school report as he had been after this set for a while. He thinks it's great and plays with it all the time even now.

My Daughter has finally built this and she really enjoyed doing it with her friend, it looks great but has now been put away as some sort of show piece, I thought she might play with it or something?! Anyway it does look good.

My 6yr old loved building this. Easy to follow instructions. The finished model has trap doors and comes with several characters. Bought with other items in the series it makes great imaginative play for kids young and old!

Just arrived, so can't say too much at this stage. Looks great, have watched online tutorial and it seems to combine some good features, like firing missiles etc. Good mini figures included as well.

We gave this to our grandson for his eighth birthday. It was the correct level for him to make without help. He really likes lego and enjoyed playing with the model after he had made it.

This is a really good set, quite a lot in it for the money. My son (just turned 7) had no problems putting this together by himself.

Great item for my 8 year old son who has played with this ever since. Good instructions so he can be left alone to build.

My son loves lego, probably has enough to build his own house!!! These are great little pieces especially when built.
