My son was (is??) a Ninjago fan, he loves the show so naturally when he found out about the Lego sets he had to have them all. Amazon made it affordable to buy all the sets for him, many of these sets are $5 - $15 less expensive on-line that going to a retail toy store -- then buying from a retail toy store means more $$$ spent on stuff that they really don't needHe was able to put this one together himself, but sometimes the instructions are not entirely clear though if your son or daughter is a Lego maniac they probably will skip over the instructions and use the picture to make it.As with all Lego products,

Bought this for my 10 year old son. He was able to put it together in about an hour. Lego includes a very understandable picture guide with how to assemble it which is so helpful. It comes with 2 minifigures, the black ninja and a swordsman. The drill part turns as you roll the machine. I did quite a bit of shopping comparisons and Amazon offers the best prices for Lego sets, even when other stores such as Target and Walmart offer them on sale. Thanks Amazon.

I bought 2 of these sets for my kids. They liked them fine to build and play with for a little bit, but this set was not the huge hit I thought it would be.Take note that the current price is much too high for any Lego set of this size. Unless you're a completist that absolutely has to have this set, pass on it.A good standard for Lego set prices is ten to fifteen cents per piece unless it's choke full of minifigures or specialty made pieces.

Put the pieces altogether didn't take too much time. It was not difficult at all but the most important is that it keeps your kid focus on followig the instructions. Once the drill was ready he really enjoyed playing with it on the floor just for watching the movement of the frontal part. He was fascinated by that effect.It was a great gift.I really recomend this lego.

13 bucks instead of 20. Compelling. Kids love it. It stays together too, doesn't fall apart as much as other legos. Well put together in terms of the Instructions. No Kragle needed, except for the sword fins on the back. They fall off but you can put them on again, Kragle not recommended as they swivel up and down. Not much else to get lost on this thing.

Our grandson loves legos and requested this toy. He and his father put it together the very next day and sent us a video and picture. I was amazed at the detail and it's mechanical operation. While I don't conect to it's use and the imagination that it creates in his mind, I can see the pride and excitement both he and his father enjoyed.

As with all Lego's this set is made of the highest quality. As will all Lego's the pieces are interchangeable with other Lego sets for fun in building something other than the set itself. Great toy design. The drill will turn when the vehicle is pushed forward. Comes with 2 detailed minifigures and stickers to go on the driller vehicle.

I gave this to a 10 year old boy for Christmas and he assembled it on a cold morning, took photographs and sent them to me, and wrote of his genuine enjoyment building it. He was surprised how nice the rotating parts were, both functionally and to look at. So the price to time holding interest and ongoing enjoyment is high on this toy.

We have given this toy to several children already. This is our family's go-to birthday gift for 5-6 yo this year. Dad has to put it together and he can do this with help from the child or without , better with of course!, but then there is a fun Ninjago vehicle and figures for the child to play with. Lego can do no wrong of course.

This is a great Lego toy. My son loved building it of course but he is actually continuing to play with it in his make believe world of NINJA's. It is so cute to see him describe to his friends how the gears work and the different directs it goes depending on which way you situate the car. It is one of the better Ninjago toys.

My kids love Legos. They are well constructed, and I can't believe the variety of assembly toys they come up with. This one is a bit more complicated for older kids. Paying attention to the age suggestion is important. My 11-year old grandson likes it, but not as well as some of his other Lego sets.

Maybe it's because none of his friends have this model, or maybe it's just because a vehicle with a huge drill on the front (that spins as the wheels of the vehicle turn) is just awesome, but whatever it is, my 7 year old says this is his favorite of the several Ninjago sets he has.

This is one of the more challenging builds from Lego. My sons love Lego and Ninjago. It took him a long time to build it because he kept getting frustrated. So for kids who have the patience it's perfect for them. My son is ADHD so sitting for long times is really hard for him.

If you have a child into legos of any kind, you just can't seem to beat AMAZON prices. Most places wanted 25-30 for this set and I purchased for less than 20. My seven year old put it togethe ron his own and was extremely proud of himself. Nice piece for any Ninjago lover.

The front spins in two directions. It's really an awesome model. My 5 yr old son built it by himself so we know it's not that hard to build. It's a really neat set. I wish the back wheels where rubber too. I'm not a fan of the hard plastic wheels. They make too much noise.
