You really can't go wrong with Lego. If you like building blocks then they do not disappoint.Since MInecraft is designed on a large pixel system it translates well to building blocks. the figures look like Minecraft figures and the buildings look like things you can build in Minecraft. My son is 7 years old and he can build a set like this by himself. Sometimes I help by finding the blocks he needs and he follows the instructions to put everything in place. The wolf is a nice character to get in the set. The set is nicely playable, as are most Minecraft sets.
