This review is for the Lego Minecraft Crafting set.First let me say this set is expensive for what it is. You could with a little effort collect together most of the pieces required from standard Lego, download the build guide and buy a smaller set to get the figures. The only difference would be the colour of the pieces and possibly your sanity.The set allows the creation of two distinct models The house and a tower.But what’s the fun in that?As I say to my seven year old “It’s Lego baby so let the creative juices flow”.Something your little masterbuilder may complain about is that the base of the scripted models is made of many smaller plates and therefore falls apart if it is moved around.

Me & my 10yr old had hours of fun building this together. It's a big set with detailed instructions & was perfect for his age. He loved the minecraft characters & specific blocks included. He was so chuffed with the finished build. We made a few suggested builds & my son has had hours of fun building his own creations. As always with lego it's not a cheap set but well worth it for how much use it gets. Love seeing my son concentrating on something other than a tv screen for a few hours too!

Just got this for my 10yr old son who loves Minecraft. The set is for ages 8+ and inside the box you get the two main characters as well as a pig, a creeper and a zombie which are very easy to build. There are 3 booklets. Booklet 1 covers the characters and book 2 and book 3 guide you on how to build two buildings. There's also the typical Minecraft block of TNT and to be able to build trees and has a little storage chest, crafting table. You can even aim & fire at the building. Recommended

After the initial excitement of inspecting the pictures on the box my son was keen to start building. The fact this set can be made into 2 different buildings was an added bonus! Once the castle was assembled he was thrilled to see the first floor could be easily removed allowing the inside to be viewed and play extended. The small touches such a a birch and an oak tree didn’t go unnoticed and the furnace, stone cutter anvil and crafting table all received whoops of joy!

My 10 year old son thought it was his lucky day when he saw this box of Minecraft LEGO! He did it all himself with a little guidance and was talking about the various Minecraft characters whilst he was building. It kind of brought his computerized game into reality. Kept him busy during lockdown and away from the virtual Minecraft world for a little while! Hours and hours of fun for LEGO and Minecraft enthusiasts alike!

This Minecraft lego is fabulous. I wasn't expecting it to be as big as it was or have half as much stuff in as it has. My boys was over the moon and couldn't wait to get into it! They actually sat for hours building the lego. They haven't put it down since it arrived. There is 3 booklets and you can make so much with what you get. Possibilities are endless. Would definitely recommend and buy more.

I purchased this set for my son. Despite having a relatively low brick count, the set takes up a respectable amount of table space. The high tower and house add to the illusion that this set has some heft to it. It is well designed and gives lots of room to play in. Other minecraft sets can easily be attached around the perimeter, making it feel like you are truly world building.

This set is fantastic, my 9 year old son is a massive Minecraft and Lego fan. He has enjoyed using the instructions to building the 2 different building, but then he also enjoys breaking them up and rebuild something of his own creation to go along side the Minecraft mountain and other sets he has. Very much worth the money.

10/10 for fun, ease of use, quality and design. My two youngest kids adored this set, with easy to follow instructions, easy use brick remover (for those mistakes that happen with lego placements sometimes) fantastic fun during construction and after. My kids now want to build it on their game.

my grandson loves lego and plays minecraft ,so i knew this was going to be a win .He's 8 and had no trouble building this set. as soon as he had finished he started playing with the characters,it is great set for minecraft fans. he loved there are so many characters in the set .

This product kept my 8 year old mine craft mad child’s attention for a few hours, she has only managed to build it one way as she’s loving playing with it as the castle, she will make the house when she won’t be upset to take apart the castle! Brilliant Lego set

My little boy had this for Christmas and loves minecraft, he enjoyed building and its great you can take apart and build another set but feel compared to other Lego sets you didn’t get as much for your money, although Amazon was the cheapest I found!

It looks a really good set, and heavy so lots of Lego pieces.Not opened or played with yet as it’s my sons .He did ask for this and I have read the reviews on Argos about it and they were goodGot this set at a very good price too

i bought it for myself and I LOVED it it was really fun to build and it introduce a sawmill which is cool and fun thank you and it was fun to play with
