My six year old grandson constructed this himself at an impressive speed and just loves it.My own observation of the more complex Lego sets is that once they are constructed there is little one can do with them apart from put them on a shelf and look at them.If they are played with, pieces get knocked off and lost. It is then impossible to fully reconstruct again even if you keep the building instructions which is important to do.
