My nephew (aged seven) was impressed: although the game-play/functionality is similar to other Lego games he still enjoyed the game unfold.From the untrained eye - looking over his shoulder as he played and gave a running commentary - I gather that there was quite a variety in terms of the scenes, though the combat looked much the same. (Apparently lions like Laval can't swim, so some traversal from 'A' to 'B' entails jumping, swinging from vines etc).There appeared to be enough to retain his interest in terms of problem-solving etc, i.e. it wasn't simply fighting from A to B.Overall I'd recommend it.

For fans of chima its a must i brought it on 3ds eshop and its quite fun and true on the tv show on cartoon networkthe cgi video clips are all in 3d also it contains lots of unlockable and hidden stuff to find like the rest of lego video games the only deference is that this is Lego Chima but it play's like the rest lego gamestheres a few minor cons like mouths not opening during cut scenes etc

I am twenty-seven years old and this is the first Lego game I have ever played. I bought it because it had good reviews and it was less expensive than some of the other ds games. I didn't honestly expect all that much from it but I loved it. It was fun and interesting and highly enjoyable. I heartily recommend it. Also, I played it on the 3ds and the graphics were still ok.

Great game for adults and children alike. Not too difficult and a good adventure. Collect coins and other collectables, build things from lego bricks, limb, swing, jump, battle enemies - I would recommend this to all platform loving gamers!

Bought for my sons birthday but i ended up playing more than he did. Found it addictive and good. Found nearly all items. Good graphics i thought. Particularly like the croc swamp. Recommend this game, very enjoyable.

Amazon was not quite the cheapest but the only place I could get it quickly at a reasonable price for an extra present for my sons birthday. It is very popular with his friends at the moment so he thinks its great!

I ordered the game for my son as a present for his 10th birthday. It arrived on time (even though it had some travelling to do and was ordered during the Christmas season) and he absolutely loves it!!

Bought this for the grandson aged 7, he had been desparate to get it, as he plays with the lego build sets. Links in nicely with that, and he was able to use the game to get though some of the tasks.

He was excited to get it but has not quite cracked this yet so doesn't play it very often anymore. All past lego games very good though so expect him to pick this up again some time.

My son is a bit 'Chima' mad, so its increasingly difficult to find him things, but he was pleased with this. The game itself keeps him fairly occupied but its not his favourite.

This is an absolutely brilliant birthday pressie for my 7 year old son. It is as advertised and he is absolutely delighted with it. It is well worth the money.
