Great concept and quite educational, but younger kids may need assistance in setting it up. Gears need to be set down at a specific orientation from each other for them to lock together with one another. In order to spin, the underside of the gear is one large circular hole that fits over multiple studs, unlike most duplo pieces where each hole fits over each stud, so it intentionally doesn't lock into place as snugly as most bricks. Good pricing -- when I bought this set, Amazon.ca had it on sale at CDN$14.05.

Fabulous set! My 18 month daughter loves to turn the gears, and they click in so easily that she finds it easy to play around with it and put the gears in different places. Great set, would definitely recommend!
