Firstly, this is Not an all-purpose toss it in the dishwasher Teflon pan. Using it requires a different technique. I use non-stick pans for omelettes but stainless or cast iron is the only thing for pan fried chicken, steak, or pork chops. Sear each side then finish in a hot oven. With very even heating, no hot spots, it is perfect for making a sauce after the meat is removed. The pan evenly distributes heat and does not deform when hot. It's a truly professional grade tool and priced accordingly.Clean thoroughly with Barkeeper's Friend, avoid the dishwasher. Treat it well and this pan will last for generations.

Very heavy and thick, which is the reason for purchasing Le Creuset. Clean design, robust and heats up evenly and retains the heat.Only downside is that it’s quite big and could make it difficult to have multiple pans at the same time, if you have a small hob

Good handle, the pan doesn't twist when I flip foods and the curve of the sides is correct for flipping chopped food. It heats evenly, cleans easily after I deglaze the pan and any further cleaning is easily done with vinegar.

I got the 20cm and 36cm versions from my Visa rewards points program and wanted this 30cm one to round-out the collection.These pans heat very evenly and they look amazing.
