Tefal, just the best there is. Quality and price.This wok, very light in terms of weight and therefore thin.Easily cleanable, non stick.I have used it for a month, with my plate hob.The issue I noticed, is, never ever, let another metal cutlery/knife whatever it maybe, come close to this product. You have to be careful.I left this wok in my sink overnight, with a plate and probably my metal spoons. I did this a couple of times. One day, while I started cooking, I noticed a chink on the inside non stick coating surface and it was a size of maybe less than 0.2mm, so naturally, I suspected it being the result of me carelessly leaving the wok with dishes on top of it.It's still perfectly fine .

I have just bought this to replace an identical one that I have had for over eight years. That old one finally became hard to get really clean, and needed a lot of soaking to shift anything that had stuck to it. But I am not complaining, far from it. This one was actually significantly cheaper than the price I paid for the old one, in 2008. Considering how often it has been used, and generally at very high temperatures, I really cannot fault it.Some have complained about handles becoming loose, but that didn't happen with mine.With careful storage, and equally careful cleaning, I have no doubt that the replacement will last just as long. That works out around £2.40 a year. In my book,

Compared to some more expensive Tefal's, the non-stick layer seems to be thinner and probably more susceptible to damage. That being said, I have been using it extensivley for a couple of months and no problem has risen yet. I take some basic precautions though, as I never use metal utensils or inappropriate sponges when cleaning it.So far I really enjoy how lightweight it is: makes cooking in it that much easier. The size is perfect for most food I prepare, the good quality metals can take all kinds of temperature changes without deforming and the handle is solidly screwed on the pan.If you can only own one pan and cook for 1-2 people, go for it.

These are my favourite frying pans. My last one, a larger one, has lasted about 10 years and I felt I needed a new one because it was getting quite worn.I cook a lot and used my old one everyday, making stir frys, risottos, pancakes, and cooking veggie sausages etc for the family. Burnt it a few times too but it's still sturdy. But the non stick was wearing away.What I love about these pans is how nicely they clean, how food just slides off and how sturdy they are. You can feel the quality.My new frying pan arrived in good condition and I am very pleased with it.

This is a real bargain, it is genuine Tefal product. To maximise the benefit of this item to its fullest, is to let it heat up very well, after which turn the heat down, then you add just a tiny bit of oil and it does a perfect job i.e non-stick. It is also an ideal option to cook healthily with limited amount of oil needed. On the washing up side, wash straight after use while the pan is somewhat still warm, it gives it a perfect clean and looks brand new each time.

I have been drunk, tired and impatient and cannot seem to fail a dish on this pan. It's like it has some kind of magical powers. the non stick isn't great, its perfection. Treat this thing right and you will not fail unless you add stupid to that list from earlier. I love this frying pan and treasure each and every moment I use it.Advice: DO NOT SCOUR, DO NOT USE METAL UTENSILS. You will displease the gods that make this pan work and you will have bad times.

I really like this pan at the moment- light weight and non-stick at the moment, however I am worried that the coating may not last. We only use plastic utensils with it and clean it very gently - no dishwasher, however we have used it for a couple of months and some food appears to be sticking to it a bit more than it did. I may get a cast iron pan if the coating goes on this pan in the future as I think a pan should last years, not months

Good size. It is a little on the heavy side, but it is a large pan. Have only used it twice, but it cooked well and cleaned easily. Disappointed that it arrived with a nasty scratch. Decided not to send it back as the scratch is on the rim, so doesn’t affect cooking surface and I needed it. However if the problem gets worse will return under the guarantee. Have put 3 stars for durability but that is unknown so far as the pan is new.

This wok is a real game changer. The red spot lets you know when its at the correct heat and then you add the food. Wow the sizzle without any oil. Stir fry takes on a new meaning with this wok. The food slides about and straight off the wok onto the plate. Once used you simply let it cool and wipe it with a bit of kitchen towel. No washing up although it is dishwasher safe. Fabulous ergonomically designed pan.

The pan works great and it's non sticking at all. Very easy to clean after use. If I am being harsh, the only part that I am not too satisfied is that it's a bit lighter than what I would have expected. It's not a bad thing if you don't like lifting heavy pans but I like the fact heavier pans can usually conserve heat better than the lighter ones. Again, it's just a personal preference.

This pan was purchased to replace an ageing unbranded griddle pan, and the difference is astonishing. I couldn't get over how easy it was to clean even after a high temperature, sustained grilling session, the dirt just flew off under running water due to the quality of the non stick coating. I think it's priced excellently for the performance too, and the size is just right.

It's a very light frying pan, in terms of weight. I'm used to more heavier ones...I used a soft sponge to clean it yet some of the coating on the rim has managed to be "scratched" off? Also the bottom of the pan has some parts that have been "scratched" off.I use this only for cooking eggs as well, so it's not like I need to scrub hard at all to clean it.

Yes it was advertised as 20 cms. Fractionally underrate just one 19cms. But the main thing to remember when deciding which size is important, the actually cooking area is only 14cms, so a little smaller than I had hoped for. But it is a good quality known make and I will use it for another purpose than what I ordered it for.

These are great pans, this is my third. They work perfectly until they get even the tiniest scratch off metal. then the coating slowly stretches around the scrathch an lifts off, the pan gets ruined. So if you mind your pan, it will mind you also avoid high tempratures it does great around the medium heat range..

I have this for the past 6 years now. Very sturdy and so easy to clean. I would recommend general care. I have never used metal utensils in it.( I don't use them for any pans anyway). Cleans with warm soapy water and sponge. Made every thing from burgers to stir fries in it. Even heat distribution always.
