After much research on Amazon, it was a choice between the Lurch RazorTech RT40 220110 and the Lacor 61349. I ordered both and from appearance only (I didn't use the Lurch) they were identical, save for the name, so I'm assuming they are manufactured by the same producer. So the Lacor wins given that it is a few pounds cheaper. Razor sharp and good grip handle. Be very careful with your fingers! Don't let whatever you've grated dry on it - just rinse it under the tap under lukewarm water (very hot water prematurely blunts knives and other sharp blades). My only gripe, and for this reason I've knocked off one star, is that the plastic cover is a pain to remove, but easy to click back on.
