It's sharp so be careful. It's comfortable to hold and you do get a good coarseness and is ideal for cheese. Seems sturdy and well made and is easy enough to clean, it even has a basic protective clip-on cover. In summery this slim grater really does seem to offer excellent value for money hence the Four stars.The only reason it didn't get a fifth star is purely because I would have like to have been able to use a guard such as those you can get on the Microplane products albeit at four times the price!

These graters exceeded my expectations by far they are obviously manufactured to meet a standard not a price. My verdict SUPERB. I have purchased a number of grsters in my 75 years but the quality of their finish was noticable in that each and every tooth was honed to a razors edge, I will cherish this product because their quality is rare in modern times.

Sharp and easy to use. Grating cheese is probably what most people would use this for. Good for a hard cheese like parmesan if you want rougher than ready grated. Cheddar and similar, the flakes are finer than a box grater because the slots are quite closely spaced.

Very sharp so be careful. Not had this long but grated cheese the day it arrived and was very pleased. Easy to clean just wash opposite way to grating. Allow to dry thoroughly and snap the cover back on for your protection whilst stored. Very happy with this.

On whipping it's way through a block of cheese, it promptly went through my knuckles then the fabric of space time itself. My kitchen now is the epicentre for a galaxy consuming black hole. What a lovely shred though, reckon it'll do most veg in a jiffy.

I haven't had chance to test it yet only looked at it after opening. should do the job and last a long time. it will be in a harsh environment. the coastal salt air has taken care of 2 box graters

I wish I'd bought this before wasting my money on a lesser brand. Lacor graters are lovely and make you wish you'd bought one years ago. If you're thinking about a grater, get one of these!

Works like a dream. Easy to clean, good protector which is easy to remove once you've got the knack. The stickers are hell to get off, supposedly removeable but damn near impossible.

This is the best grater I've ever bought. Easy to hold, easy to clean and robust.I use mine over a plate and grate exactly the amount of cheese, carrot, whatever.

Really sturdy, sharp grater. It works very well and grates cheese much more quickly and easily than any of my other graters. I would definitely recommend!

Half the price of a microplane and does just as good a job - very pleased and I'm going to get the other sizes (just watch those finger tips, it's sharp!)

Lacor quality for a very low price! Very sharp and seems to be built well. A plus is the plastic protective cover. Can recommend it.

Lovely grater. For me it’s too sharp and produces short curls of cheese. But that’s personal taste not the product.

A Lacor professional grater , super quality . Very easy to use and looked good , highly recommended .
