Having read some of the reviews, I nearly cancelled my order fearing that these balls would be chomped in the jaws of my very large Weimaraner in seconds, but I’m so glad I didn’t.She is ball crazy and can skin and crack a tennis ball in minutes, but these balls have been excellent for beach walks. Most importantly, she can actually see them (and so can I) because of the colour, so not so easily lost and the sand doesn’t stick to them as much. They are really bouncy and light, so great if you haven’t got a powerful throw and equally great in the water. One of the squeakers is a little less reliable after a couple of weeks- but considering she de-stuffs most squeaky toys and removes the squeaker very quickly - I am pleasantly surprised by how long they are lasting.I think if I let her use them as a chew toy she’d destroy them, but for playing fetch, they are brilliant.

I have two large dogs that like a ball that squeaks. The Kong Squeezz bounces high and has a good loud squeak. However when the ball gets wet the squeak stops. I think it’s due to moisture getting in the squeak mechanism. It’s comes back once the ball has dried out which only takes half an hour if left on a shelf. The usual problem with squeak balls is the squeak mechanism detaches from the ball and rattled around inside. The Kong Squeak ball doesn’t have this problem as the mechanism is a different design. The ball itself seems a lot more durable due to the soft rubber it’s made from. I highly recommend the Kong Squeezz ball. It’s good value for money and lasts much longer than the tennis ball design.

I have a Jack Russell who destroys everything within minutes. He has now had one of these balls for almost two weeks! Highly recommended these. The only downside for me is that I bought the small ones (which fit beautifully in his mouth) which roll under the coffee table and we then have to retrieve them as he frantically scratches the carpet to get it back (he deliberately pushes it under!). I'm buying the next size up which I hope will solve the problem.UPDATEMedium sized ball doesn't fit under the coffee table! However, as it was larger all over he managed to get his teeth into the seam and destroy it! Back to the drawing board.....

Most toys last less than 5 minutes with our Springer X, even the supposedly indestructible ones, and we have a whole bucket full of bits of toys that he has destroyed, well the ones we kept anyway.Rocky has played happily with this ball for three days now, seems to have become his favourite, and, amazingly, it is still in one piece, complete with squeak, which is nowhere near as annoying as some. The ball appears to be just the perfect size so that he can pick it up in his mouth without being able get a purchase on the structure with his teeth, so he can’t chew it to death. Will be getting more.

My dog used to pull the yellow stuff off tennis balls, and I was worried about him swallowing it. These are a fab substitute! You can use them with any ball thrower you have for tennis balls. Also because they’re plastic / rubber, you can rinse them off after a muddy walk!My dog is a heavy chewer so eventually he splits the balls - worth keeping an eye on your pup if he or she is chewing on one of these.I would love if there was a version of these for a tougher chewer as then these would last longer!

they’re a fun ball but after a few seconds the squeaker broke and is loose inside the ball . the ballitself has stayed intact with rough fetch and grab play . I’ve bounced on hard floor and thrown for fetch.I prefer the large ball with a medium breed as it seems if the dog could get it all way in mouth ie if i bought a medium chances are it could’ve be bitten in half like other reviews suggest.Great fun ball for my dog and great two set so good value

Excellent value for money, would buy again, we have a really aggressive chewer that devours everything. Some kong toys get mutilated in minutes but the hard rubber ones are definitely a win. These balls appear soft but they've stood up very well against motor mouth himself.. Soft to touch and slidey so guarantees the dog to drop n chase..2 large kong balls are cheaper than the medium sized balls..Going to buy more as they are a big hit and very bouncy.

Not an awful ball.Pros:Out of the packaging it is nice and bouncy.Easy to squeak. The variation in textures engages my dog well.Overall structure stands up to chewing well BUT ONLY with supervised chewing.Good delivery.Cons:Expensive.Squeaker not replaceable.Squeaker breaks EXTREMELY quickly even with supervised play.If left alone your dog will destroy the whole thing easily.

We had some of these for our Welsh Terrier and he loved them. He is a bit of a destroyer of toys, so we were pleased these lasted a few months and decided to buy some more. We made a mistake a bought the small - and although he enjoys them they get wedged in his mouth. The medium is about tennis ball size which is perfect for us.

More expensive than the Kong tennis balls, but last so much longer. My Parson can rip one of the tennis balls apart in about 10 minutes. I've had these since Christmas and they're still good. (but we only play with them outside, they aren't designed to be chew toys) Squeaker breaks quite easily though but I don't really mind.

My vet banned me from using tennis balls because they were wearing my dog's teeth down. Most of the recommend Kong balls are very heavy but this is light, so fine to catch in mid-air. My dog managed to destroy one when my mum let her chew on it all day, but we've had no problems with normal use (just used for daily walk)

This is without doubt the best ball any od our pooches have ever had. Our 18mth Saluki X has taken to sleeping with it in his bed, obviously to ensure his treasure isn't stolen. Hours of fun. Easy to find in the undergrowth! Squeaky sound isn't at all annoying or too high pitched. We bought the large size.

Great balls! The dogs love these! They have two textures on them so they are great to be chewed. They are reasonably durable but not indestructible. If your dog is destroying toys, you should be watching them more carefully. We’ve had lots of fun with these as chew toys and chasing balls. Highly recommend.

Such a fun ball! Our Labrador puppy can even make inroads into an indestructible antler but she loves this ball. The construction means it moves in its own way long after a normal ball would have stopped and she finds this fascinating. She plays on her own with it and will fetch and leave.

Dog (Staffy) loves this ball there is something in the smell that attracts her l think. If your dog only chews to destroy then it wont last. but we tell her no biting and they last a long (4/6 months) time although the squeak doesn't Once it comes apart she still plays with the 2 parts
