Any-one who owns a Staffy knows how hard it is to find anything that will last more than 5 minutes around them. Well this ball does that and so much more!!!! My dog has got 3 of them and he will not leave the house without one of them in his mouth! He has never chewed through them and they have become my saviour when he is out. As long as i have this little red ball I have total control over him (which is why I have 3 just in case we lose one in the local river and boy does he sulk if that happens!!)I buy hide treats and stick them through the hole in the middle of the ball so he walks around with a lollipop in his mouth. I have put yoghurt in them and put them in the freezer, he loves it,they are just the best dog toy ever!! His oldest one is nearly 2 years old and still as good as new...apart from all the chew marks that is!Highly, highly recommended as a safe, durable and Staffy resistant toy!

We have tried everything with our small but obsessive ball chewing Poodle. Very athletic dog but will not settle until he has chewed a ball to death. Some balls did not even last one walk. Then we read the reviews about the Kong ball and wondered how truly indestructible they are. Well, for anyone else driven to distraction by their ball chewing pooch, regaining your equilibrium is within easy reach with a Kong ball. Both our Poodles love them. Could do with an even smaller size as the even the Kong Ball Small is tennis ball sized and quite heavy. Only complaint is lack of colour range: red and black,The black colour is pretty useless on occasions that the dog loses track of the ball in the grass.

This is by far the highest quality dog ball I have seen. I was tired of using tennis balls, and cheaper 'dog balls' that ripped or burst within a few uses (generally leaving mess in its trail). This ball comes in various colours and sizes, is robust enough to survive chewing, bounces well, and travels far when thrown. Perfect for dog walks - our dogs love it.Note that the balls are a little heavier than other balls of the same size. Don't be tempted to get a larger ball unless your dog is indeed large - I made the mistake of getting a large ball because my dog normally prefers them, but it was too heavy for him. This smaller ball is now his favourite toy.Just avoid throwing it in the nettles...

Our dog loves balls and he destroyed every ball we had ever given him. We were concerned with material being swallowed so we paid for this ball 9 months ago and it is still going! At first he didn't seem keen on it as he couldn't break it, but now he wont take another ball. This is his favourite. It is brilliant for putting treats in to entertain him, but he likes to just hold it in his mouth. It has become a comforter. We use it as part of his training at dog class and at home with retrieving. It has saved us loads of money and i feel happy leaving this with him when he is alone for short periods, because it's too big for him to swallow and he can't break it.

Our dog destorys any balls/toys we give him, so we resorted to buying tennis balls and just accepted that we'd have to buy them on a regular basis.Unforunately, over time the the fibres of the Tennis balls started to grind down his teeth, so we had to look for an alternative. Many destoyed balls later I came accross this one. It's indestructible. He's had one for months now, and at the most there are acouple of very small dents in it.The only thing to note is that being made of such strong rubber, it's very dense and quite weighty for its size.So maybe not the best for throwing or kicking about indoors.

I have a staffy and oh my god she loves to chew. everything I give her she has destroyed within seconds. so I bought this since I previously bought her the kong wheel and just like the wheel she cant get through it. not even a small puncture hole. the rubber is extremely strong and great for helping keep them nashers white with chewing. she loves to lay on her back and hold her toys in the air and drop them so she can catch them in her mouth, this ball is brilliant for that. easy to clean slobber off too. I would highly recommend kong toys especially to people with big dogs that like to chew

A very heavy solid ball which my dog can’t destroy.I have a small Podenco who destroys balls not this this one.The ball is very solid with no flexibility making it quite heavy.Sadly he lost interest quickly. There is another brand on the market which is a little more flexible which he does enjoy moreA side note this has a hole all the way through which is goodAs the ones with a single hole are dangerous as the dogs tongue can become stuck on a suction effect on single holesThis has caused the death of a dogSo a hole all the way through prevents this

I adopted my GSD X when he was one and he seems to have inherited the German Shepherd love for destroying every toy they own. He would literally destroy two tennis balls during one walk! I bought a selection of Kong toys on my aunts recomendation (works in a pet shop in Canada) and Loki hasn't even made a dent in it since! Going on 2 months now and he has it with him constantly. Admittedly it doesn't fit in 'normal' dog ball throwers but that's not a major issue for me. Brilliant ball and would recommend to anyone with a 'chewer' for a dog!

We bought this for our puppy which is a wire fox terrier who hunts foxes and animals for a living so finding s toy she won’t destroy in a minute is very hard! We started off with the smaller version which was recommend by a friend and was very good until she grew and it was too small. So we bought the bigger version and she absolutely loves it! It bounces really higher and she has fun trying to jump up and catch it. As well as bouncing it onto the door and it bounces back which is very useful when no one can have time to entertain her.

I bought this as I have a very boisterous 18 month old German Shepherd and she destroys toys almost immediately, but as this one is solid rubber, she can not get though this as much as she tries (and she has tried!) It has a hole going through the center of it so you can attatch it to a rope, which I did but she snapped the rope within the hour! She absolutely loves this ball, she even takes it out on walks with her! I actually don't have a bad word to say about it and would highly recommend it to anyone with a dog.

Our Staffie-cross can destroy any dog toy - apart from this one. She has had one of these balls for over 18 months, it is her favourite toy and she takes it everywhere. She chews on it relentlessly and has caused no damage. There are some teeth marks in it but no damage. I have bought her a second one as the thought of her losing her only one and being without it was unthinkable. She has seen off a large Kong cone and a Kong pull toy but this ball is apparently indestructible.Great value. Highly recommended.

The only dog ball that Bonnie, my short haired German pointer bitch, cant chew up. The red colour shines when wet making it easier to spot. Her longest serving one , lost recently, had lasted over five months. Compare that to a tennis ball which lasts five minutes. Two to pop it, two to skin it, and one to destroy it completely! If I could remove the grey squirrels and other distractions from our walking area, then the Kong balls would last even longer. Five lost Kongs, and counting!

This balls is excellent . It is really bouncy and robust. My Jack Russell kills tennis balls in 10 minutes so we looked for other balls. The "Good boy balls" on a rope were really cheap and didn't last. This Kong ball is excellent, I only wish it fit in the throwers, it is a wee bit to small. But also a little too heavy for the throwers.I will not have to buy another ball again unless I loose it, but that is unlikely as the dog loves it!Great ball, well made, robust and bouncy!

These Kong balls (with the hole running through the centre) are great for my dog. He is a SBT (Staffordshire Bull Terrier) and with his strong teeth and jaws destroys most balls in a matter of days or minutes with tennis balls!!! These balls last and last with the only problem being because they are so heavy when he goes down to streams to take a drink he can lose them in the water :(Great buy and I would highly recommend to anyone who has a medium/large dog who loves ball play

Wanted to teach our dog fetch which was proving a harder concept than first expected, turns out it was more fun to destroy the tennis ball than to return them! So wanted something that was more durable and also would fit in a tennis ball launcher. This ticks both boxes, it's still in one piece despite many attempts to change this, as well as being a good fit for the tennis ball launcher... we're still working on the complex components of fetch but I'm sure we'll get there.
