This is the second time i have bought this type of pliers,the first was from a different supplier,the jaws were out-of-line and didn"t close flat so i returned them.Then i saw Amazon were supplying them directly and not through one of their subsiduary suppliers which makes it so much easier to return so i decided to give it another go.I have the sidecutter version of the same range as these pliers,similar size and colour match,they are excellent quality and working well.The second time to recieve these pliers showed them to be poorly machined the gap between the jaws was unacceptable and the sides of the jaws were rough to put it mildly.I am still looking for a pair of these pliers as the

The pliers have some marks on one jaw and the jaw tips viewed end on are set at an angle. If Knipex are selling seconds they should be labelled as such. Of course I may have been unlucky and a pair slipped through the net.
