This game was recommended to me by a friend of similar age/tastes, so I knew there was a good chance I'd like it, also, I'd played a free "trial" on the net so I had a good idea of what to expect.I had no idea though quite how totally addictive it would be. Put simply, it's a "match three" type game with (I think) 100 levels, I'm on level 98 at the moment and it's proving a hard level to crack!You "build" the city of Rome as you work through the game, by earning enough points to own different types of buildings. As you progress, you earn the rights to different "bonus" items, which help you clear your levels much faster.

I love this game it is brilliant.in both the Cradle of Rome and the Cradle of Egypt the first few games are quiteeasy but then they gradually get harder. I bought the previous Cradle of Egypt game andreally enjoyed it, so was quite excited to see there was another one for me to try.it is easy to switch from the 2 games when you get stuck, and then come back to it.I highly reccomend this game. I bought this game for myself at Christmas and I am still playing the game, there are lots of levelsso it last a long time. I cant put it down. Some people might be able to get through the levelsquite quickly but I find it suits me and test me which is great.

Dont buy this 2 game set if you dont have a lot of time on your hands. Because I have not been able to put it down since I started to play, its totally addictive. There are 100 levels on both games, the second game is easier than the first. Just one fault, you need most of the super tiles to get past the later stages, and sometimes you just have to let the time elapse as you already have that tile. Thats why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. But over all very entertaining.

I bought this double game when I found out a game I had ordered was delayed.I have really enjoyed playing this. The boards have a good variety, and the building of the citiesadds a bit of extra interest. The difficulty increases as you would expect it to. This is extremely goodvalue and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who enjoys the 3-link games. I have found it quite addictive

Wonderfully simple concept that really is addictive. Just a standard match 3 game with a "different" storyline re-creating to ancient civilisations. This is a perfect game when all you want is to unwind and the fact there's double the fun with Cradle of Egypt (and another 100 levels) makes it a bargain. Won't re-invent the wheel but boy is it simple to master and highly addictive!

This game is repetitive but fun. Don't buy if you like your games to be more varied as they progress. This double pack is great value, I have been playing for ages and still building Rome! The story line in these type of games could be more involving as I think this would add a great deal to the genre, as it is the story line is a bit of a waste of time.

Very addictive and hard. To put down. Nice because you can swap between Egypt and Rome games at a touch of the stylus. I love it but for those who do not like challenges that follow the same pattern (the patterns get harder to solve) it is not the game for you

I enjoy simple puzzle games and this was a bargain so i gave it a go and cannot put it down. Nearly built rome and half way through egypt so hours of fun to come. Have to make sure i take breaks as it can give you eye strain after a while

Read the reviews of others before purchase, found them to be spot on. It,s a brilliant game and it,s difficult to put down once you start. Can,t wait to play more of these.

Once you start playing it is very difficult to put down. Not alot of brain power needed so it is ideal to pick up any time for 10 mins of fun

This double pack of games is excellent value, but be warned it is totally addictive and you will spend hours playing! Love it!

Good games for both. Well worth the money. Plenty of challenges and hours of fun. Hard to put down and suitable for all ages.
