This was a bit of a nostalgic whim of mine to be honest. Some years ago working offshore on a ship I started the other Ataleri version of this which was the more common one with the cast turret and machine gun instead of the 6 pounder gun and turret from the Matilda which this model represents. This being the Mk III version of course.Anyway I never finished that model and it was stashed away in a box until recently when I found it again and brought it to work overseas to complete. Minus a few parts....So I bought this to make them up which basically meant I used about 70% of this kit and 30% of the older one for no other reason than a need to complete what I'd started.
