Just a note to let potential buyers know that this is just a re-badged Pixel (Vertax) grip. The Pixel-labelled product can be had for around half of the price. I bought this to replace an early Pixel grip which had a problem whereby it drained the batteries when the camera was switched off. As I hadn't yet returned the faulty item I was able to compare both products. They are IDENTICAL in every way. I paid a premium expecting slightly higher quality fom a Hahnel product - don't make the same mistake as me.That said, it's a great grip as long as you don't get one with the battery issue!

Why pay 4 times more for the o/e item when this does the exact same job at a fraction of the price. I use this grip 4-5 days a week and it has never let me down, but that's Hahnel for you :)

Perfect battery grip for my husband's Canon EOS 5D MKIII camera it is a great product very robust and it does what it says on the tin. Very pleased with this purchase

Excellent kit good quality. This is comparable to any of the canon grips i have had in the past for half the price. Comfortable to use sits well in the hand.

This does the same as the Canon grip at a fraction of the cost - no problems and would buy this again.
