I have quite a lot of Inov8 trainers now from fastlifts to Roclites and a load of others in between. I think these are a huge improvement over the previous Roclite290’s I have for me at least. The toe box is a little more compact but still gives your toes room when running but not sloppy! They appear to have far better shock absorption too and with the graphene soles they grip well. I’ve done 3 mixed runs in them with a mix of pavement, trail and a bit of muddy single track and reckon these will be my go to all round trail shoe which is what they seem to be a great all rounder capable of mud to rock to road...brilliant

I run Ultra distances as well as 100km events. These shoes I personally wouldn’t use for those long endurance events as there’s isn’t enough cushioning. (I knew this ahead of my purchase).I do though, believe they are great for short runs, HIIT sessions and gym work. They are very lightweight and very comfortable. They look like they’ll last a long time and I feel confident in them. I would recommend this Graphene type running shoe. ??

These are top quality, look good and are vegan! ?? I have the f-lite alpha g 300 training shoes and bae has mudclaws which we love! I got these roclites for my brother who thinks they’re the best running shoes he’s ever had.. you won’t regret buying a pair.
