This is the on of the best lightweight running jackets I have ever owned. I bough this for the Hardmoors and Northumberland Endurance run, both known to be a bit wet and windy. It is extremely lightweight and easy to carry, and does exactly what it says. It has not let any water in yet, and I hope to wear it for many more years to come.I am around 5' 11 and 13st and large jacket fit perfectly. It has one pocket on the front and two side pockets. It will not that warm, but that is what thermal underlayers are for.I recommend this jacket for anyone looking to run in the rain, short or long distances

Really pleased with this. I use it on long distance backpacking journeys. Fits well, even when wearing a micro fleece underneath. Ive had a similar Salomon jacket and this seems every bit as good. Chest pocket is a good size to hold phone and snack. Thought zips seemed a bit flimsy but found to be great. Been out in cold,wet winter weatherfor 6/7 hours and remained reasonably warm wearing this on top of base layer and fmicro Fleece. At worst, my fleece felt slightly damp. And finally, it looks good, which we all know is important!

Great athletic fit - most folk who will buy this will be long distance runners and so will be slimmer than average. Good body and arm length for size. Waterproof and not too sweaty but all jackets will get damp depending on duration of rain and exertion. Hood not bad - better than most at this level of lightness as there is a back draw cord to synch it tight. All in all it is a winner.

The very light weight is striking. The processing is - to be expected at the price - very good. I haven't worn the jacket in the pouring rain yet. It holds tight in light rain. The zippers are rather stiff. However, that doesn't bother me when I'm running. Some reviews give the impression that the jacket is very wide. I don't think so. I would buy them again.

Had been thinking about buying one of these for a while and decided to spend some lockdown saving on it - well worth the money if you are a regular runner - even if, like me, you are just pounding the streets - it makes it much easier to get out when the weather is rubbish (I am sure it would work for fell runners aswell ...)
