OK I am quite a cynic when it comes to cellulite products. I've tried a few things and have been left out of pocket and disappointed but this product is the exception.Guam comes in a big pot of, basically, green slime that you smear over your orange peel areas - thighs in my case. Then you wrap yourself in cling film like a left over sausage and bake in your own juices for 45 minutes. The mud is cool to the touch but as your body temperature activates it you will notice a tingling of the skin... and if you lose the end of the clingfilm and don't wrap up quickly it can sting so get your covers on as quickly as you can - it's obviously very potent.The fragrance is not particularly unpleasant and the gloop rinses off readily in the shower (it doesn't set or anything).

I used this product twice before starting going to the gym. I wanted to try it out before going to the gym, to see how effective this actually is, because once you change your lifestyle (gym, food, massages, etc.) it's very difficult to see the individual effects of a product.Just as it said on the packaging, I used the mud for 3 days in a row and then 2 times a week. I bought two jars of 500g each and they lasted me for 7 applications. However, I am petite, so depending on your height/weight and the surface of the body which you want to cover you might need more or less of this product.In my case, it was very effective and I could see the difference after the first application.

After reading many of the reviews before purchasing this item, I thought I would give it a go to help with the appearance of the cellulite on my thighs and buttocks. After the first application, I could see an improvement but obviously a few more applications was needed. I have since used it a further three times and can see a remarkable difference, well worth trying.

It works well as they say. I found that the stinginess goes away faster when you wrap yourself in the cling film. I like the smell but my boyfriend hates it. I think that in order to see great results you have to be very consistent, as with everything else beauty related. Try using it everyday.

I have been using this mud since it came out on the market. It works on old cellulites too. It takes 2 jars of 1 Kg to eliminate it almost completely, following the program as per leaflet. But is worth it. I just do not like to wrap myself in the cling film though...

i'd lost 4 cm in each leg and 7 cm in waist,celulite is almost unvisible!!! its amazing how it works. us as on leaflet.I can eat all winter and when spring is cumin' just buy it. IT REALLY WORKS!!! i would give 10 stars if i could

It gives you a nice feeling. The smell is a bit weird at first, but then you get used to it. I like the product and will be getting more of it.

i have to say it smells a bit but it smoothes the skin and reduces appearance of cellulite..its a good to have for summer time..
