Since using aloe vera gel for the first time a few months back it has become my favourite product, it's good for so many things.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------Multi-purpose :Fades and fixes bruises, scars, redness, burns, dark circlesTones skin (keeps skin fresh, awake, clean-looking and evenly toned)Anti-ageing (will maintain skin's elasticity and help to reduce appearance of wrinkles/fine lines and will prevent new ones from forming)Tightens skin (my pores have minimised since buying this)Anti-bacterial (keeps my skin fresh and clean - good for reducing blackheads, pore size and spots)Cell-renewal (good for cuts, scars, fine lines, wrinkles, acne)Moisturising and cooling (will soothe skin and give it instant moisture)Vitamins (will keep skin healthy)Anti-itchHair growth (keeps scalp healthy and encourages hair to grow)Hair conditionerTeeth/gums (soothing, anti-bacterial)----------------------------------------------------------------------I'm sure I've forgotten some stuff... but I have been using this product for all these things and it's worked great for me, and for everyone I've recommended it to. I will continue to use it for the rest of my life. And I absolutely recommend getting this 1kg tub, along with cleaning a few empty pots. Disperse it into these pots for everyday use or travel or sharing with friends. Never ending amount of it, and worth every penny. I can't stop telling everyone about how good it is.----------------------------------------------------------------------How I use it :If I get a cut, or someone else does, I clean it, let it air dry, rub this stuff in and put a plaster on top (if necessary). Do this regularly, it will mend much faster.I use a fingerful of this on my face every evening before bed as a moisturiser and in the morning. It does not mix well with some foundations, I find mine (Lush's Jackie Oates) flakes off when rubbed in as it does not react well with the gel (I think this is because the foundation contains oil, but it might be a different ingredient), so on days I wear foundation I give the aloe gel a miss in the mornings and just use a different moisturisor. But the more often you use this, the better. And the more you use it, you won't even need make up anyway!A friend of mine has had skin problems for years, itchy spots and redness on the face that have been hard to get rid of. After a few days of using this, they were almost completely gone. Her skin's tone was much more even. We are both amazed and really, really happy with the change. This is most commonly used to treat sun burn, for it has a cooling feel which helps with irritation and also its cell renewal will help to generate a new, healthy layer of skin faster. You can use it on hair as a hair gel (not as good for this), as a hair growth serum (if rubbed on scalp) or you can do what I do sometimes - when hair is damp, take a bit of this and rub through finger tips and through the hair to add moisture. Aloe juice is probably better for this, if you use it as a rinse. You can rub it on your gum line or ulcers, etc, from time to time to soothe pains and help to anti-bacterialise the affected area. Or you could brush it on gently with a tooth brush. Using it instead of toothpaste is probably a bad idea, but for occasional assistance it's great. You want to make sure you avoid swallowing any of it, as it can have laxative effects, etc. So just be careful and, as I say, don't use too often in the mouth unless you're rinsing it out / only rubbing on a little bit.All in all, perfect for all kinds of skin - bar those that have an allergy to aloe vera! If you react badly to this, it must be an allergy, as it is meant to be suitable for all skin - especially sensitive skin, as it is gentle. As to the pureness of it, I am certain this stuff is as it says - 99.9%. I have bought aloe gel with different branding and it has always been clear, as this stuff is. And I have seen the benefits with this particular product, too. Much simpler than growing my own plant!

I discovered the magic of Aloe Vera whilst on holiday in Barbados. This product however is a little bit different to pure drained aloe vera directly out of plants naturally growing on the island. I tried to bring some back with me unfortunately, the customs made me dispose it when I was returning home. Because of the aviation regulations for non liquefied products to be carried. However, I panicked because I am a chronic eczema sufferer. Using aloe vera replacement of the nasty steroid medications prescribed to me. I knew I never wanted to to go back to the old ways and, wanted to continue with aloe vera on my skin, as this kept it very clean, bright and totally free off any irritation from eczema symptoms.I quickly googled fresh aloe vera, although it's available; needing a swift remedy and a replacement. I tried several other 99.9% gel on the market, this is one of them. This particular product has worked amazingly equal to the pure fresh drained aloe vera i used on the island. Since using this product, i have received accolades from people who know me and have seen me suffer the blight off the illness.I would recommend this to anyone suffering any dermatological illness to use this medication with will power and faith, I can assure it will cure the illness. I go through lots of this product, it's a god sent for dermatological uses.

I read the other reviews and was sorry they hadn't really been able to enjoy the product better, so I thought I'd review it with some suggestions.Yes it is a small jar but you should mix say a finger dip's worth with your morning application of regular lotion or face cream, and that way it lasts longer. Especially if you decide it is a once a day application. Compared to L'oreal or Garnier it works out far better, cost-wise.Also if on your Home spa day,you take a table spoon of the gel (level spoon now!) and mix it in with some extra virgin olive or sesame body oil, it becomes an all over body emulsion which never dries out without greasiness! You could use little dollops for dark circles around your eyes,or just wet your hands and apply a tiny amount whenever your face feels dry.I have only ever bought 3 jars, and they have lasted ages this way.Having used and tested everything the big names have on offer for moisturising skin on women in their mid-20's to mid 40's, I can authoritatively say this is as good, and waaaay cheaper.

Very pleased. When I started using it, everyone was asking me if Ive done something with my hair because I looked different! Good! That is what you want to hear! I dont see any difference - but I did not have some sort of major skin problem anyway. I just decided not to "feed" my skin with chemicals if not neccessary. My friend on the other hand, has bad skin problems - always had, sometimes she looks like she was beaten, face covered with wounds of dried skin and all sorts. I am not lying to you, 2 minutes after I tried it on her face, she looked more fresh and she loved how her skin felt. She bought one jar too immediately. She used it and coming out of her bathroom, her typical husband and two sons were looking at her in a shock and asking "WOW what have you put on? You look great!! (every time she is at the hairdresser, I want to remind him to say something nice about her hair. He / they just cant notice anything! - UNTIL now!!) So its great! I gave one to my sis, my friends mom, etc... These guys should pay me now :))))))))

I started to use aloe vera gel (another make) in Thailand to sooth sunburned skin. I noticed that the gel moisturises skin delightfully, so I continued using the gel even after my skin had cured. I haven't used any lotion or other skin moisturisers ever since, just aloe vera. My facial skin is moist even if it's winter! Previously I had to apply foot cream(!) on my face for the night to moisturise my skin, and still my skin during the day would be dry like paper, just having an oily layer shimmering, few hours after washing my face. No such trouble anymore. Most amazing thing with the gel is the fact that my mild acne rosacea is gone! My nose is not red anymore and my skin pores have reduced dramatically. So the gel seems to be antibacterial and once the infection is gone, skin and the pores are curing and become "normal". The Thai gel I used first was green in color and smelled funny - this product is clear gel with no scent, very professional looking. It's pleasant to use and I will be buying more.

EDIT: After using this product for mild sunburn as well as aftercare for laser hair removal I can vouch for its authenticity as it helped greatly in both cases. I assumed before that I should smell the aloe Vera but maybe this isn’t the case with a gel?The issue with the lid isn’t as bad as I thought now I’ve got used to it although I do still believe it’s a bit of a cheap container albeit not as bad as I thought!I have purchased this brand before but not since they changed the packaging / branding. I am not convinced it's the same product. I'm sure it's hard to ascertain what aloe vera gel should look and smell like but it doesn't smell of anything at all and although it feels cool when you put on damaged skin,I really don't know if it is what it says it is.I also want to state that i HATE the cheap nasty plastic tub it now comes in, it takes me forever to screw the lid back on properly! For that reason alone I won't be re-buying this one.

Super fast delivery. I now exclusively buy all my natural stuff from this seller (m sensitive skin is allergic to everything basically I can only use clean, home made products). Amazing, rich oils, and the aloe vera gel was a real surprise, very clear, looks and feels amazing. Not to mention that if you mix your own, 1) you will only have 100% pure ingredients without additives and chemicals, 2) it`s MUCH cheaper than on the high street. I love how eco-conscious they are an that they don`t test on animals, this is always the first thing I check before ordering any beauty supplies. I mixed the aloe gel with shea butter, argan oil and e vit oil, perfect face cream, my skin soaked it up immediately, not oily, not sticky but well hydrated. I`ll be coming back for more!

I got this as it was one of the recommended none drug treatments for dog who suffer from nettle stings. We have a jack Russell with the thinner coarse coat and nettles get through it, but he does not seem to work out what is stinging him. The first time it happened we did not know the cause, so used a dog balm, it helped, but still took several days to clear up. When the rash occurred again, by elimination we had worked out it was nettles, we got some of this. He has still managed to sneak up to the odd nettle, silly boy, but using this clears the rash up far quicker than balm, and safer than drugs. I have also used it on myself on some itchy insect bites that appeared on my leg recently, the gel calmed the itching very quickly, and the spots cleared up quickly.

We have been using this Aloe Vera Gel on our daughter's skin now for a month. She has had chronic eczema since she was born and it has been a cause of much suffering and discomfort for her. We have tried every eczema cure on the market (including other types of aloe vera) and, for the last few years, she has been on grade 4 steroid treatment and wet-wrapping twice weekly. Since using this gel, her skin has cleared. We are not using steroids, she is comfortable, she is happy. It is nothing short of a miracle. I know eczema is a complex condition and this gel might not give everyone the results we have seen but it is definitely worth a try. This gel has changed the life of a little girl and I will be telling everybody I know about this product.THANK YOU.

I love this product - firstly it is high grade and only by research have found out that not all Aloe Vera plants are suitable and some can be poisonous but this product states it uses the variety of Barbadensis which is the best source.Uses - up to now I have treated my dog (read that it is safe to use on pets), she had a redness to her stomach that looked like heat rash and using this it had gone without any tablets - obviously I was monitoring it and if it hadn't shown any signs of getting better I would have taken her to the vet.I have used this on my toe nails, as I've also read that it helps fungal infections - it seems to be drying the toe nails out so time will tell on this one.If youresearch what it can be used on you may be amazed

I just got my Aloe Vera gel through the post and the first thing I've done with it is to retwist my locs, Its not too thick, but just right to create a good, lasting hold. I've had no flakes, and its not oily which won't create build up as people with dreadlocks will know is our biggest enemy. It reminds me of Aloe gel straight from the plant, that has no smell and is really light weight and has a thin consistency.I'm yet to use it on my skin, but I'm sure it will equally work wonders, all I can say is if you're looking for a great product to use in your hair as a leave in conditioner, retwisting gel or just day/night facial moisturiser this will be for you.Trust me,I'm about to buy another pack as soon as I'm done typing.

I'm in love with this product ! Arranged in good time, no tainted smells on packaging / container, securely wrapped and arrived undamaged. The aloe itself is wonderful, and I know my Aloe - this one is fresh, light and untainted. I had to have it spot on as it is the main ingredient for my organic / soil certified moisturiser that I hand craft to high standards and I was not disappointed. I would not hesitate to both recommend and buy again - so long as the prices do not increase. I have to say, I have used a lot of products from eNaissance and have never been disappointed and the fact that are soil certified is cause / company worth supporting if you are a globally aware /eco savvy and conscientious consumer :-D

Absolutely divine! This is such a lovely pure Aloe Vera gel and I wouldn't have coped without it over the recent heat wave. I keep it in the fridge and apply it neat to over heated and dehydrated skin, and especially for my itchy hot Welsh Terrier Percy too. He just loves to be rubbed over with a small handful of chilled Aloe Vera and it works wonders to cool him safely and reduce his ichiness. It doesn't leave any sticky residue, has a lovely clean refreshing smell to it and is absorbed really quickly indeed. I'm sure there are many more uses for this fabulous product but I just love it's cooling moisturising properties. This is a great quality gel and the best I've tried so far.

The product arrived nicely packaged and in a timely fashion from the distributors. No discolouration or smells, just pure crystal clear aloe vera gel. I bought it for my hair and skin and they love it, lol! I will continue to shop with the distributors and have even recommended the website to a few friends. My only gripe would be that they do not offer free samples of their other natural products. They offer things like avocado butter and mango butter which you can't exactly find on the High Street and it might be an idea to include a few samples ( with any health warnings, of course) with items purchased. I'm sure this would boost their sales .
