I ordered this for my daughter and she loves it!She immediately sent me a SnapChat photo of her breakfast featuring a fried egg skull as per the illustration, and it evidently worked perfectly. All her fried eggs are now skull-shaped.OK, it's not a life-changing gift, but a great laugh.

If you buy medium supermarket eggs, this is fine, if you have 'proper' locally sourced eggs that tend to have much bigger yolks, they can be a bit big for the eye holes. The first time we used this the yolk built up so much pressure it exploded out of the mold.

This was great fun but it takes a few goes to perfect it. If you take the skull out of the pan too soon, then any unset egg white runs and reduces the definition of the skull. I need to see if using a lid [like a poacher] will set the upper egg white sooner.

This is such a funny way to have breakfast and I am tempted to get the rest in the series :) be careful not to cook your eggs as usual in this and read the short instructions, as eggs need to be cooked slightly longer.

Sent as a Christmas present for my 12 year old nephew who likes experimenting in the kitchen. He's enjoyed using it and it has definitely caused some merriment at breakfast!

A fun way to serve eggs , though they can stick to the mould even following the instructions , and a little awkward to get the yokes as the eyes with large eggs.

Iv'e bought this for my Grand daughter as a surprise as she loves owls so I can't really give it an honest rating but it certainly looks good.

Simple and does the trick! Best to have decent size frying pan for it to sit flat or the shape will be lost. A smile at breakfast!
