Had this machine for a year now, and no problems. Well made and reliable. Only draw back is the cost of bags. Very expensive. However, if you cut the bottom of the bag open and empty it then using a length of dowel the width of the bag role the bag around the dowel and use 5 small bulldog clips to hold it in place and then you can reuse the bag several times.
