These were bought for the office as we had previously had the same pots before. They are excellent. Hold enough coffee for a large meeting, and keep it hot. The only reason we renewed was the other ones didn't keep coffee hot for any length of time, but they were about 12 years old and had been used on a daily basis.

perfect hot for many hours and cold with ice cubes still cold 12 hours later - used for infirm relative now only a short reach away from hot/cold water ...pump is VERY easy to press and measured doses about half a cup
