I finally decided to buy this after months of deliberation and avid review reading of about 6 similar items. I'm so glad I chose this. This pump pot is so good I felt I had to come and leave a review, and I never review things! Firstly, it arrived very quickly - on free super saver delivery - and was well packaged and not broken. I washed it out a couple of times as per the instructions and then filled it with freshly boiled water from the kettle, then went to bed. I came back to it 15 hours later to pour the water away, re fill and then start using, and was amazed to see steam coming off the water. I drink herbal tea, I poured a cup, stuck in my tea bag and within seconds the cup was almost too hot to touch.

Why on Earth didn't I buy a thermos like this earlier?I chose this item because it stated in the description that its purpose is for domestic and industrial use. Particular latter had impressed me as I remember vaguely flasks like these on NHS conference trolleys to offer visitors hot beverages on a self-help baisis. Now owning myself one I can tell: this is a really brilliant product. It keeps water steaming hot for at least 12 hours, only after 14 hours or so it becomes warm. I've read other people's reviews that they have problems with the handle. So far my impression is that the handle is pretty robust and serves its purpose, but I keep it stationary in my kitchen anyway. I'm pretty happy now,

Flask arrived well ahead of schedule, very well packaged in 2 boxes. No damage whatsoever.Bought this flask as I spend a lot of time in my greenhouse/garden. I often take a mug of tea with me which I always forget about and so it goes cold. So for this reason I thought I would invest in a push button flask. I read all the reviews on this particular item and they were quite good.I ordered one and I can honestly say that I am absolutely delighted with this product. I fill it in the morning and it lasts all day. The water has stayed hot for 12 hours. It is taller than I expected but it is an attractive design. Very easy to fill, rotates 360 degrees so no-one can accidentaly knock it over when dispensing a hot drink,

After being stuck at home for months and months I got a bit sick of boiling the kettle every half an hour. Not only was it annoying to wait for it to book but it costs a fortune in electricity. I decided to buy this Thermos push button pump flask to make it easy to make a drink and also save electricity and, therefore, money!Wow this thing is great! I opened it up, cleaned it out with soap and water, rinsed it and then filled it with boiling water. This was around 3pm. I’ve had cup after cup out of it and my last one was 9pm and it’s still red hot! So this has achieved all its goals for me. Make faster drinks, save electricity, save money, improve happiness!It’s super simple to use too.

I can't believe it takes me so long to realise that I need one of this. It keeps the water hot for over 12 hours which is very convenient and definitely energy saving. Some of the comment talk about its glass liner being fragile, think it's unfair because glass liner is one of the most common and reliable thermal pot. Some comment that it may leak when carrying it around after filling it. It clearly specifies in the pack that it's meant for table top, therefore not designed for picnic. I'd recommend those who already bought this use it carefully and don't take it to picnic, it's not what it's designed for. As far as I'm concerned,

I bought the flask to take camping. On a 2 burner stove it is difficult to have hot water available (washing up etc) when you are cooking other things. The flask is excellent at maintaining a high temperature - better than many others I have had. Its main draw back is that it is NOT water tight. If you put it in the back of the car to take to a picnic etc, it will leak if not upright. It would be really great if they could solve this problem. The liner being glass gives the great temperature maintenance, but is of course fragile, and my first delivery arrived shattered, but Amazon replaced it quickly without a problem.

This has to be one of the best items I have ever bought. One kettle full fills the flask and keeps water hot ennough for teass and coffees throughout the day. It lasts on average 8hrs. For those reviews that say it leaks - that is ONLY if you OVERFILL the flask. It is extremely reliable and excellent for my husband as he is a night owl. I fill the flask at 10pm and he has access to hot water right through the night. It saves on boiling the kettle 3 or 4 times a day and so cuts down on electricity useage. all in all an invaluable prduct that I cannot recommend highly enough!

Great water dispenser at a good price. I take it in the car (kept upright) to save buying drinks at motorway service stations during covid times. Easy to use - just press the large button at the top to dispense the exact amount of water you need - and very easy to clean.My only suggestion for improvement is to make the on/off switch tighter. For car travel, I like to know the switch is firmly off. But it is easily flicked to on by mistake with the brush of an arm.

I originally bought one of these about six years ago (it might be more). It delivered its final cup of tea a couple of weeks ago as the silicone sac which creates the pump action (or the plastic around it) developed a leak and it wouldn't pump properly. That was with daily use over the whole period - I use it instead of a tea pot. This one is so I have another in reserve after putting my previous reserve into service.Excellent product.

For someone who drinks a lot of coffee, this works just great. I now boil a full kettle twice a day instead of a part-filled kettle 10 times a day! Not only does it mean that coffee is fast, it also makes economic and "green" sense. The 12-hour heat retention claim is pretty well correct, but the last couple of cups are more warm than hot when used for periodic cups. I am sure that it would stay piping hot if kept full..

Excellent product, received quickly and well packaged. Ideal for coffee in the car etc as the Pot can be packed at the front of the tailgate and used from that position, hence no danger of scalding everyone in the car when manouvering a flask to pour water from drinks.Very useful at home too, for when family visit and you don't want to waste time and use additional power by continually boiling the kettle.

I purchased this pump flask after reading several positive product reviews on Amazon. The flask arrived safely packaged in very quick time and it has been used on a regular basis since. It does what it says on the tin, keeps water hot and is easy to use. The pump lock on the top of the flask ensures that little fingers are kept safe. An excellent price for a good product.

Wonderful product, keep water hot for the whole day. Easy push button, do not stuck at all. There is only one minor thing though, it does not seal well. You have to keep it upright and makes it as little shaking as possible when you travel. Otherwise it leaks. However, there is no problem if you are careful when taking it with you. Doesn't stop me from giving it a 5 star.

Arrived promptly and in good condition. Holds about 15 cups and keeps them hot for a long time, easy to use and clean. Very good for coffee mornings and dinner parties. Am very pleased to recommend it. My husband liked it so much I had to buy a small thermos jug for him to keep on his desk. The only minor negative point is that there is sometimes a drip from the spout.

I have used this for hot water and it has kept warm enough for tea/coffee for 20hrs, that’s going to change if the ambient temperature is lowered.Because of the fragile liner I will only be using crushed ice for cooling the water it’s going to be filled with.It is well made with a nice wide base so it doesn’t tip when pumping the top to get the water flowing.
