I purchased this as I require a flask for a winter camping trip to Norther Sweden and I need a container to keep water hot for half a day.Having had flasks before i know they work best if you prime the flask before adding the liquid you want to keep hot.So i though i would test the claimed period it says it can keep water hot for.I primed the flask with water just of the boil - 1/4 full swirled it around, put the cap back on an left to warm up for 3-4mins.I then emptied the flask and filled it with 1.5L of water just off the boil - temperature reading of 94'C24hrs later i open to take a reading - 86'C (still very hot for drinks)36hrs later i opened to take a reading - 70'C (still hot enough

This flask once I received it was used immediately every day for work. It is absolutely quality. It is extremely well made and looks like it will last for a very long time. It is so good I purchased nearly the entire collection in different size flasks and travelMugs etc. It’s a little pricey, but when you get it the price is justified by the quality of the thing. I’ve also come home with under half a flask of hot water and the following morning I’ve poured it out and the water is still steaming hot. It really does keep water hit for as long as it says. It’s excellent.

I've had so many flasks over the years that can't keep your brew warm or hold enough fluid in to keep me going all day (either that or its all leaked out!) I've had this flask for over a month and it's my best birthday present to me from me! If you're like me who loves his tea and does outside physical labour then this flask will definitely suffice. Alot of the time when I've finished my working day I still have some tea left and it's still as warm as it was when It was freshly poured in the morning! Bonus thing it is as tough as wood pecker lips.

I've never had a flask that is as efficient in retaining heat as this Stanley. After being filled with boiling water and a litre used, the residue is still too hot to touch after 6 hours. Intrigued I decided to measure the water temp. After filling it was 96C. Left the flask overnight (ambient temp about 12C). Next morning it was 82C.Looking forward to coming back to a cold car and a hot drink.

So far so good, looks amazing!! Feels very strong and see no reason why it shouldn't last for years. It was bought as a gift so hasn't been used just yet but I see absolutely no reason why there would be any disappointment or problems. Good size!!Update : The flask has been used several times now and definitely holds it's heat as it's advertised! Keeps hot drinks piping hot for days!!

Spoke to Amazon 27th February - same date as posted very poor review. A replacement was with my son within 24 hours. Excellent service - and the original faulty flask did not have to be returned. I really hope this flask will fulfil the purpose. Service could not be faulted. Fingers crossed for the next few months - and hot water will last all day as it did before fault developed.

Absolutely the best flask I've ever owned. Does exactly what is says on the tin. Keeps hot for 24 hrs no problem. I filled this flask after purchase just to try it. Filled at 6.00pm with boiling water and at 2.00pm next day I opened it up and water was still so hot I couldn't bear to hold my hand under it. Great product well worth the money.

I would thoroughly recommend this Flask. It is strong and robust and can withstand plenty of wear and tear. I prefer to fill the flask with hot water so that I can use it for a variety of drinks like tea/coffee and powdered soup. It keeps the water piping hot. I have experienced other flasks. This one is much more superior.

The main purpose of a flask is to keep things hot, and it does this very well for a long time. The pouring stopper works well. The finish and construction seem excellent and unless I do something stupid ( like strap it to a small nuclear explosive ) I think this will survive anything I can throw at it. Worth every penny.

Bought this for my husband for work. He is a mechanic and has known to drop his flasks in the past.This is brilliant, doesn't leak, doesn't over pressurize. I would deffo recommend spending the extra bit more for a decent flask that will last a long time.Very easy to use and a good size to keep you going for the day.

This is just lovely. Really good quality flask. The colour is lovely, and it looks like it's going to last forever. Keeps the tea hot for as long as I've needed it toAs with every flask on the planet, the tea does taste a bit like its been sat in a flask for a few hours.Overall, a lovely flask well worth the money

While it arguably serves no purpose I do like the Hammerite finish on this flask, and the .75l capacity hold enough for a few decent cups of tea without being an inconvenience to carry around. There have been no signs of leakage and if you pre-warm the flask it says hot for hours. Feels super sturdy too.

Stanley is always the best option. You can keep water hot for more than 36 hs. It’s perfect to have ARGENTINE MATE ???The 1.9 litres version is too big and when filled it’s really heavy. (It doesn’t have the pouring top.)The 1lt version is more portable and you can carry it in your bag easily.

ive used this flask countless times now and im still amazed how hot the remaining water is. The next morning when im emptying it the water can still make me hesitate because of the heat. ideal and highly reccomended for anyone working a 12 hour shift wanting a hot cupper when they wish.

This Stanley drinks flask is very large but if you are out and about on a daily basis it is worth going the extra mile. The flask is reasonably lightweight and fits most work bags, a strong interior lends itself to drinks or soups and keeps the content hot all day. A very good product.
