Believe it or not, this is the sixth vacuum jug I have bought over the last few years. All the others lost their heat retention in months. This is the first one to last a year. It keeps liquids piping hot for 24 hours, still looks good and I am absolutely delighted with it. I only wish I had bought this one the first time instead of buying jugs half the price which didn’t last.I strongly recommend this jug and suggest to anyone thinking of buying the cheaper jugs to avoid the false economy and go for this one.

Love this product! Use it daily and makes my tea drinking a lot easier as always busy with the kids, instant access to hot water means I can really have my cake and eat it!!! The only drawback is that I find the push button a little hard to push down but I still love it!!! Great product and am so glad I purchased it!!! Great for every day use and for parties..used today for a party and it performed very well...water stays seems to stay hot forever!

Good product,but it unfortunately arrived very poorly wrapped and it was amazing that it was not broken or damaged. There was no bubble wrap only a cardboard box that was open at one end. However product works well and the lid detaches easily for cleaning. The inner container is stainless steel so will not break and hot liquids definitely stay hot for hours.It is a streamlined good looking product.

Perfect. Water is kept hot for hours. Easy to use. Recommended by our local library and we bought for a community project with 15 to 19 volunteers every week. Makes tea break much easier. We fill at the beginning of the session and break after 1 1/2 houirs and water is still boiling. We do use a kettle boiling for tea but not at the library and the tea at both places is fine.

A great product that is easy to use and keeps water hot for several hours - has really taken the hassle out of our meeting's refreshment break! We find having 2 of these set up for a group of about 20 to 30 works very well and if one of the flasks runs out, it's easy to top up again from the kettle. So much better than having a noisy urn hissing and drowning out the speaker!

I have tried and tested this purchase for keeping water hot over night and it passed the test hands down. I also tested it by having a few cups of coffee in a morning then went back to it in the afternoon and found that the water was still hot for the coffee . Has done away with the need to carry an extra flask in order to have a hot afternoon cuppa.

This pump flask is absolutely fantastic it kept the water hot well over 12 hours . I am pleased we chose this one although the the price was a little higher than others we looked at but it was well worth the extra as it really does the job of keeping the water hot all day .Thanks it's great !!!!

The pump-vacuum jug arrived the day after I placed the order. It is ideal for use in the community centre and safer than an electric urn. Perfect for serving hot drinks anywhere in the building. GREAT PRODUCT AND SERVICE.

This 3 litre Emsa President Vacuum Jug has performed well so far, keeping the water hot enough to make a reasonable cup of tea after 3 hours. The water remains hot enough for a further 2 - 3 hours to make coffee.

these Flasck are Excellent for storing boiling water for long period at functions where there are no hot water facilities.have also used these for cold water storage and mulled wine on cold Chrismas mornings

This is a good flask, it's easy to clean and had no metallic taste from first use. The water flow is a little splashy but no problem if you hold the cup up to the spout.

Got a couple of these now. Apart from filling it with boiling water with the instructions inside it's been perfect!
