Normally Draper make some pretty good tools, but I wouldn't recommend this plane. Cheap and nasty are the words that come to mind. It didn't cut properly, nor did it cut straight because the blade didn't fit on properly. How can you use a plane that has one side of the blade coming out about 2mm and the other side not even getting past the opening? I did everything I could to make it sit equally but it seems the design of the whole plane was at fault. Go for a slightly more expensive item and save your money on this one.

I can only apologise to the other reviewers. This is just appalling. In my defence it was only three quid, so I thought it would do even accepting their one star reviews. Wrong. The entire mechanism was out of true, so the blade simply would not assemble. Horrible and dangerous as well as useless. Avoid - at any price.
