My 18 month pup is training to be an assistance dog and requires lots of exercise. We have tried the ball throwing game but he looses sight of it unless you throw underarm. The ball with the Pro Max has a hollow centre with holes on each side which makes it whistle when you chuck it. My pup took to it straight away and after understanding to look up was able to follow normal chuckit balls when deployed by the launcher.The launcher is robust and easy to use, great to avoid the slower situation with the ball. With little effort it manages a good distance, not too far that the dog looses interest but far enough that he can get to full speed.

Hugo absolutely loves this he is airborne before we have even left the house! I have a rechargeable power torch and the ball sits nicely on this as we get ready to go out and by the time we do the ball glows brightly, which is important as the evening walk is, at the moment, in the dark. The ball flies through the air (a good 50 M on a good throw) and whistles as it does so you can see and also hear where it is going, which is important when you fling it not quite where you intended! The glow of the ball outlasts the energy of the dog as after a while he is less willing to represent for the next throw. It is named the "Flinger" in our house and I can highly recommend it.

Not had it long hence I'd not rate longevity and durability. Very sturdy, doesn't hurt hands like cheap throwers. Went to put it away after playing in low light this afternoon and this charged it enough to light up most of a small cupboard. Really impressed. The ball is a whistle ball which surprised us but the boys both love. Would highly recommend and will be getting another in the next month or so

This is great if like me you struggle to consistently throw a ball any distance at all (with cheap version)My dogs certainly appreciate the distance, I would say it's halved number of throws to tired out my Labrador and Jack Russell.I don't let my dogs chew a ball thrower, but appears well made and holds balls much better than cheap version. I actually get to the field without losing the ball!

As a longer size to most this means you can throw it further or is not as hard to throw the ball to where you want it to and as with all these there is always the ball that goes astray which with the ball making a whistle in the air and a “plop” sound when it hits the ground it’s ideal for a ball mad Cocker Spaniel

It’s the best one I had so far. The handle is very comfortable and ball makes whistling noise while in mid air which helps the dogs to determine which way it went. The glow in dark is very useful as well, I finish my work quite late and the ball is nicely visible easily found.

Great dog ball chucking toy..my third one and definitely one of the best , the ball flys for miles and my GSD just loves the ball. If you have an energetic dog like mine , this is a worthy investment , highly recommended! Also it glows when charged by a light source

Been using this for a few months now and can honestly say it's an excellent throw stick.Fantastic distance. Bought the glow balls they whistle when thrown and light up using a torch. Very tough and dog loves them.Overall top marks.

Fantastic launcher it goes so far the boys love it. The fact that it glows in the dark and whistles through the air all adds to the fun in the dark. I am sure as the dark nights draw nearer we will appreciate it all the more.

Absolutely fantastic. Glows in the dark like discription says. My old one lasted 2 years but I accidently drove my car over it ? quick delivery. And quick at messaging you back! Fantastic 5***** reccomend . Very happy

It really does glow in the dark and even down on the beach in the pitch black the dog can see it. Just remember to take a torch or use the torch on your phone to keep it topped up. We love it.

walking the dog in the evening now the nights are drawing in is really great again, can see the ball in the dark. Just put the torch on it for a few mins and good to go.

Love it and so does our dog, we lost the ball in woodland on day one so returned in the dark and found it glowing. Great device.

Dogs live chasing this ball on the beach great exercise for them. Useful for me not to have to bend down to pick ball up too.

My dogs loves this! It makes a sound when thrown and also shines in the dark. Also the ball biunces a lot which the dog loves
