This product is great. It reduced the faul smell of my kitties’ ?. I have three litter boxes and three cats and about a ton of?: one 3-year-old Siamese, and two kittens I recently adopted from the local rescue shelter, so the Siamese can have some playmates. Both kittens, have had soft stool for some time, since they arrived from the shelter, and it was really bad. The Magic Blue air purifier was fantastic. I bought three and put one in each litter box. It lasts about a month, but would have probably lasted even longer, had their stool been normal. Catit is just a great brand. Almost everything they make is excellent. And their customer service was fantastic.

With any Catit product, there is never any disappointment in quality, performance, or ease of use. The Magic Blue Purifier Cartridge Set is no exception!My use for this product was perhaps a little different than the typical use, because I used it with an uncovered litter tray (or actually a large plastic storage container, for my large-sized cat). After opening the Magic Blue Cartridge and placing the pad inside, I stuck the cartridge to the wall. All of this took a matter of two minutes, maximum! I placed it about a foot-and-a-half above the top of the litter tray, approximately how high the roof of a covered litter tray would be, in my estimation.By later that day,

In order to like this product, you really have to be aware of what it is, and what it isn't.We've all seen those packs of air fresheners that contain crystals or lumps that might be charcoal, that might be a gel, or any other odor absorbing substance. Even baking soda in your refrigerator works on the same principle.With all of that in mind, this is a very good product that works in the same way. A refillable ventilated plastic pack contains the odor absorber, and you can stick it on the top of the inside of the litter box. It is meant for a small contained area like a litter box. Not going to make your whole house fresh, lol!It is, however, going to reduce the odor inside the litter box,

I spent my summers at a camper and bring my two cats with me. I scoop every time they use it because of the small living space, and by doing so, it eliminates the majority of the odor. But, litterboxes really do stink when you get close to them and I welcome any help eliminating those odors.This purifier looks very simple and I was initially skeptic about how it would work. I'm pretty happy with it, it takes care the majority of the odors. I still notice the litterbox smell just after a cat has been in there, but it really seems to absorb any residual smell.I did have a problem with the cartridge falling off after the first application. A little disclaimer, my cats are fed a homemade diet and their poo does not smell.After a month of using this I can't say it works really, really well! ! Most hooded litter bins come with a charcoal filter, however those filters are poorly packaged and not a good example for how well this concept works.My cats use Tidy Cats lightweight, which has an atrocious scent to it. Not only does the charcoal absorb the smell of pee it absorbs the smell of the litter!The container is easy to secure to the inside of your bin. I put mine on the roof and it's easy to take off an on. It's made of a solid plastic, but it's small enough the cats don't notice it.I'm at the 1 month mark of using it,

This worked fine for me. I have three cats, and the primary litter box is obviously multi-cat. it's a small piece of hard plastic that holds the filter part on the inside. I had my doubts when I put it in there, as I've tried numerous products at helping with the litter box odor. I wouldn't say that I can NEVER smell it, but things definitely seem better since I've started using this.It worked for me, although I see from other reviews it doesn't work for them. Tells me it's a YMMV product. There was also something about your cat's individual diet. If they really stink up the joint, it may overpower this - so it's not a 100% guarantee of odor removal, I think.Still, having said that,

Mrs. Boilermate's comments:TLDR version – I like this product and want to buy one for the second litter box and stock up on replacement filters.Long version – This was easy to put together and install inside the litter box lid. The filters do seem to cut down on the ammonia smell between complete litter box changes. However, replacement filters do not seem to be available. When I checked the Catit website, many of the comments mentioned that Amazon’s date for having these replacement filters in stock keeps being pushed back. And, at the time of this review, Amazon only has two of these items remaining (… Whoops one) in stock. So, right now,

These are phenomenal! I can’t believe how well they work! I have three cats who have their own room in my house, as well as two cat boxes in that room. I was getting quite frustrated at the inevitable permeation of cat box smell that ended up all over my house, even when I cleaned the cat boxes every day. I started using activated charcoal packs to see if those would help, and they helped a little bit, but not that well. Then I started using these, and oh my the difference is astronomical! My mum came to visit and actually commented on how she couldn’t even smell the cat boxes anymore! I am so very pleased with these and will continue buying refills!

In my 14 cat household I need all the help possible to eliminate smells from the litter boxes as you can imagine, these do the trick although I do use two in every litter box, big litter boxes, they do eliminate the odour, I have 10 females & four males, all of different ages, so you can imagine the need to keep things fresh and clean and using this with other helpful kittie fresh products does the job,I stick them on the top of the box near the trays own filter and let them do their job ?Happy Kitties and happy human noses,

I wasn't to sure about these if I'm honest I was thinking they were a bit expensive at 1st but after having them nearly a week my household definitely notices a big difference. Having 2 house cats I was having to do the cat litter every day my cats refused to use it after me day from purchasing these my 2 furry baby's are fine using the litter tray for 2 days. Saves me time and money on litter which is great! I just wish they had them available on subscribe and save so I can add them to my monthly Amazon order.

Quick delivery through Amazone.Easy to instal this Catit Magic blue Cartridge. It took roughly 36 hours before i smelled the difference. I believe that my cat smells the big difference.The ammonia has dropped by far,i can hardly smell it. So the job is done thanks to Catit Magic Blue.I am very pleased with this product,as some friends of mine reminded me monthly that my apartment smelled of cat litter box.I will recommend this to all my friends that have Cats

This has worked well, I noticed the lack of smell very soon after attaching it. Didn’t have a problem with it sticking like some other reviewers. It has remained in place on the roof of my kittens litter tray throughoyt. I am not sure how long it should actually last as the urine smell returned after about 6 weeks so assume it won’t last for longer than that, so it is a little expensive. I do have 2 4 month old kittens however so maybe that is a factor.

These are great, I have a multicat household and these really work reducing the smell. I've had no problems with it falling off, I cleaned the area first to make sure there was no dust etc and even though I have a boy who really goes to town burying his business it's holding firm. I always used hooded trays with those carbon pads and they were useless so I'm very impressed with these. Mines over a month and still going strong also! Definitely worth it!

Just started using this product in conjunction with Catit carbon filters and an odour eliminator spray. What a difference these wee pads make to the litter box. The smell of cat pee is practically non-existent, which is good cos my Mischka could pee for Scotland! I was a bit miffed at paying £7.29 then days later, finding that the price had been vastly reduced by more than a couple of pounds. Still well worth it though.

One of my kitties is... not bright. She often completely fails to bury her leavings, instead making a pile somewhere else in the box. It's baffling. It's also pretty stinky. This doohickey seems to be helping cut down on the stink of her exposed excreta. It needs better packaging, though, as it's pretty easy to tear open the paper packet when trying to take it out of its airtight pouch.
